he nodded and turned all of his electronics off, unplugging the drive he tossed it lightly back into the bucket. "haha, let's mosey" on their way out he peeked into the kitchen "ma, i'm taking cris home, i will be back in time for dinner, i promise" he did not wait for her answer but continued out the door close behind the other, he grabbed his board as he passed out the front door.

Chris just trots after Alec, chuckling a bit at the way he works. He just stretches a bit before leading the way back to his place....which isn't a complete dump, but isn't a nice place either. He is a college student. He doesn't make enough for nicer.

the walk to the other's house was fairly uneventful. they talked about likes and dislikes and occasionally cris would pass glances at the wings on alec's back.

Chris, before they reach his place, has to reach out and poke at the wings....to see if he can touch them...if they're real kind of.

he shivered at the strange sensation of the other's hand in his wings "i dunno" he did not wish to repeat his ignorance again. "yeah it'd be so neat. actually when i am on my board i almost feel like i am flying"

"Maybe someday you will." He can't help but keep on "touching" the wings. "I'm just afraid of horrific accidents on them....I see stuff on the internet. A lot of stuff...I don't even know why I look things like that up."

the touching had lost some of the alieness about it and the hand felt kind of nice in a strange foreign way now, he could almost feel the pressure of a touch before it'd go through.

"i don't do tricks, not really. that is how people end up hurting themselves. if you are careful it's no more dangerous than skates or a bike"

"I tend to just walk everywhere. It's simpler for me. I know my schedule....not so sure on buses and other things. And I've never been good at balancing on moving things." He chuckles a bit sheepishly.
