If you don't ask to have your title there changed, it changes according to your post count.

Every so often post counts, there's a default title change, that would change accordingly to the post count, like mine I have over 11,000 posts so the trisphee title default changed it to "Posty McPost". I haven't changed mine since I joined which was last year.

If you want to have your own custom title, there's a title thread in the Helping Hand Forum.
