That'd be awkward.

My friend would have gotten to keep her ten bucks.

Confused
Its true, Pickles and Milk aren't a good combination. Well for me anyhow. I tried it last night but not with just pickles and milk. I had a pickle (Full sized) dill then had a bowl of cereal. with in a few hours i started feeling sick D:
I see what you did there.

I don't see anything wrong with having them together. I love milk and I hate pickles so I would never have them together. :3

Mercury Poisoning!
xD This show's how much I know about food.
I sort of just- generalize if it's good or bad, then eat what's good. xD (I mean healthy like good FOR you)
D: But Pickles, Milk, and Cheese are- xD I used to eat it every night before bed.. Especially when I was little o.o;

Had to look this up, never heard of a. eating this combo, or b. said combo being bad for you. Apparently, your mom's not the only one to think this, must be an old legend? someone else asking this

I agree with them, it's probably because vinegar will curdle milk, so at some point a long time ago someone assumed it would do that in your stomach. But as mentioned earlier, since there's already acid there, I doubt it would.

Thats actually right it would cause the milk to curddle but at the same time the acid in your stomach is so much more powerful then that of the pickle so the chances of the pickle being the cause of the curddeling is slim to none but I wouldnt have a pickle in my mouth then drink some milk while it was still in the mouth because the texture and instent effect of currdeling is going to be just wrong lol
