I hate how people sag their pants like that too. Thankfully they usually have long shirts too. It only when they bend over or something like my coworkers....or if it's a skinny white guy. They tend to be more fond of showing off their underpants for whatever reason lol

It wasn't always 4-2. I distinctly remember quitting for months because as hard as I tried to beat the girls I got gang raped repeatedly (metaphorically speaking xD)

Even the black guys here use a belt (with barely any purpose actually). Every time I see a white guy sagging and his underwear is showing it's a skinny one. Only the bigger guys actually wear a long enough shirt.
