I stopped getting things (pretty much) for birthday and christmas years ago.

thats the one thing my grandparents and family is good for. and friends. we do all that stuff just the closer ones.

Well, I've gotten to where I hate both of them. One is just a way for people to suck up to each other...or look good in front of other people.

The other one is just a count to my death.

yeah they are money spending things but meh *is greedy for presents lol...not too much since i get what i want all the time anyways just not expensive things*
I mostly get things i need for x-mas. Things like clothes etc.

I never get shit I need or want I can't get my mother to buy body wash, shampoo, or deodorant...so I sure as hell don't expect presents from her.

my family always help those who need it like my uncle gets a care pack every x-mas a box filled with things like that. But thats just us. We've always done it.
I'd not know how to handle that.

Well, be glad you got them. I can't even depend on my mother to buy food every week. Which is, I think, why I developed a B12 deficiency. It's in meat...and I was living off of peanut butter and ramen the entire summer. Now I'm on pills that half the time my mother refuses to buy when they only cost like 2 or 3 dollars to prevent...nerve damage, signs of psychosis, mania, and depression. She doesn't care.

that sucks. I don;t eat much meat in general...but that cause i dislike a lot. none of my family is like that.

My friend ended up taking enough pity on me to buy my B12 that I'd been going without. I'm glad I have a friend that will help me a bit when it comes to things. I dunno if I eat a lot of meat or not...I have chicken fries to eat currently, ravioli, some corndogs, and a couple of hot pockets.

But I tend to avoid eating them because mother likes to skip weeks...so if I eat all of -insert something here- I may never see any more of it for a long time if ever. So I don't want to eat it....but I get hungry and want it .-.
