i hold my breath after an exhale. it is caused by the diaphragm spazzing so holding that still might help

But the first sugar image I found was a guy literally burning creme brulee with a fire gun thing. Is that it?

Pretty tasty, sweet custard creme with a sugar glaze pretty much.

I've had episodes since I was a kid that would last a couple hours max. Over time they just end up hurting.
Same with laughing as a kid, I would get stuck in a laughing fit and couldn't get out if I wanted.
Those are both similar feelings so if you ever wanna know how it feels do either of em XD

I've only gotten stuck in laughing once in my life. Not sure if it counts as an ab workout though. I mean, if your diaphragm's spasm-ing, then would your abs get worked out?
