I have a version of it IRL made out of dull satin, and it has a similar sheen to the pixel version. Let it be known, princess seams are a pain in the ass. I use She/Her and They/Them pronouns.

I remember, the friend that helped me with them had to literally clip the seams to get them to cooperate while they were being sewn. I use She/Her and They/Them pronouns.

well i am sure the principal is the same with silk, use waxed paper between the fabric, the wax does not slip as easily and it tears right apart after the stitch is in | ||||

I'll have to try that sometime. Right now though? I'm working on a funky sweater-like thing for myself, and I'll be working on a scarf for my boyfriend when I'm flying and on a short layover... I use She/Her and They/Them pronouns.

I only recently used my sewing machine, and that was seaming up the bottom of a pillowcase that I intend to turn into a pillow... And it was more so I could see if I had it threaded right... Spoilers: I did have it threaded right, same with the bobbin. :) Before I got the machine, I had to hand-sew everything. it sucked. I use She/Her and They/Them pronouns.

There're things that I have no choice but to hand-sew, but for the bigger projects, like my dress, a sewing machine is key. I use She/Her and They/Them pronouns.

Most of mine is stuff to wear. and after I get home from California, I have four hoodies I have to work on for other people, and one finished one to modify and send off to a friend of mine. Then I'm saving up and getting more fleece so I can make myself a new hoodie to replace the one I'm modifying and mailing off. I use She/Her and They/Them pronouns.

Yeah... I have a deadline on two of them... End of January for one, and I can't remember what the other is... but the one I'm modifying, I need to cut the sleeves about three inches shorter, because it fits the friend in the chest, but the sleeves are too long on her. I use She/Her and They/Them pronouns.
