I have only got between 2 and 3 of the items, I got a repeated item that I got yesterday today....

You can always wait an hour to see if there are other items you want, or if you're questing, aurum.

That's what it appears many have taken to doing....just waiting until they see aurum bubbles and grabbing them even not being able to know what amount is in them.
