it's been making me sick to sleep at night. i am so disoriented and stressed out i need to stay awake and fix myself

no, it is like not sleeping at all only worse because you did sleep and so being tired and confused is unfounded. i don't like being awake at this time of day, waking at three and going to bed at 4-5 is not right
