*purrs* I remember when I had to practice that in school and how you can do it on yourself by throwing yourself over a chair. I'd probably die and not be able to save myself. ^^;

Put yourself over a chair and thrust upwards. The pressure would be able to force whatever is in you out. It's like the Heimlich but you can do it to yourself. Anything that is sturdy and can cause enough pressure.
