i have been feeling sullen and unenthusiastic as of late and though i am not sad depressed bored or mad i dont feel like talking to most people even though several people are trying to get me to do it anyway against my will

normally the way i cure this is to detach for a couple days and maybe hang out with at most one person, the problem is the only person i would want to hang out with has been too... well i guess busy for me and people i want to leave me alone just will not take a hint. i feel obligated and uncomfortable and it makes me not want to be online and not want to be at home and i am not too sure what to do about this since it is unfair to others to do things that would make /me/ happy

So, is the person you want to talk to and internet friend or a friend you know in person? Is it possible that you're just reading too much into short responses?

Maybe you should leave your house for a little while one day and just have some good, quality you time. It might be what you need to set yourself back on your feet socially.

both, and they are busy with life is all, i did talk to them after writing this

i cant really go anywhere, i have back-pains and i don't like to leave the house(i am a bit of a shut-in) so i would not know what to do with myself

You could always plant yourself in a good book with a cup of warm tea, that's what I do when I really want to shut myself off from the world. Music is optional.

<w< You know what I do when I want people to leave me alone? I go invisible on all the sites I'm on, skuttle off to the library, hide in a corner of said library and read comic books or poke through art books. The library is quiet by nature and usually no one will bother me.

I'm not sure exactly where you live Choco but if it's warm outside there I'd say walk an indirect route to get there. It's really nice sometimes to just walk to where ever your going, just you maybe some music and city life passing you by, very peaceful sometimes. That and people watching is very amusing.

i live outside of town across the biggest scariest road XD 6 lanes of traffic and an accident record through the roof hahaha


library is only a few miles away though, if i thought my hips could take it, though my father threw away my bike XD i asked him and he said they were all clutter

But yea the library thing is what I normally do. It gives me time to get away and be somewhere quiet and undisturbed.

I find the internet to be overly demanding sometimes, like people on the internet. so I try to get away from it sometimes, just to chill out you know.
