no, in color and format but not quote, when you do that it looks like this;

it confuses tris when you have a quote without a name and someone quotes /that/

Congratulations, Pathosis. ^^ Hugo... reminds me of Hugo Strange from the Batman universe, and come to think of it, the guy in your .gif avatar looks a lot like Hugo Strange. owo
