yeah my biggest problem now is that i have too much muscle like, im getting aches from carrying too much weight. its kinda weird cos im only a 16(Aus sizes) to be 130kg, i lost 24kg in two months now :D

and 1kg = 2.2lb ish

its usually fine to just kg to get a rough estimate :P
