I was not expecting to work in a black marbled mesh jungle.” He closed the regular menu in favor of the wine selection. He needed something badly to wash away the flavor of pain.

"Fond of Green or better looking in green?" For the first time in a while, Galvin could feel his facial muscles contorting into a small smile. It faded away as quickly as it came. "I am fonder of orange." The waitress saved him from having to say anything else but his order. He asked for two bottles of fortified Malmsey Madeira. He also ordered them a dinner course. The woman smile promising to return with their wine and appetizers shortly.

he waited for the man to order though it bothered him that galvin would know to order the correct thing and top it off with enough drink to prove this dinner was just as unpleasant for him. "you should have said something. i would just as easily have gotten orange... the color is not important as long as it is bright and solid and the place is dark and muted"

"Being a walking Halloween lantern would be more annoying. I would prefer a pale blue color. It has always matched my eyes." His hand found its way into the palm of his hand. "Would you like to make it a members only club as well?"

"no, there is not enough of a following right now, or that is, was and then, so making it a member's club before we establish who our members are is a poor idea. give it four months and then we can go from there though given it's location and the previous owner i am not thinking it will ever be able"

He was distracted for a moment as the waitress brought then a tray. it had the chilled bottle of wine and their appetizers and bread. He waited until the woman had poured their glasses leaving the bottle with them to speak again. "Will you provide insurance for the girls, many of them need to be checked before you can continue."

Galvin bit into that slice of irony by taking a deep bite from his bread. "Do you mind sharing with the rest of the class what those are? I will put them beside my safe sex poster in the dressing room ." He said after swallowing.

At this point Galvin had become curious. "Actually yes. Since you are only owner in name I have found that a good number of the girls are vampires and have clients that come specifically for that sort of tease."

he raised a brow at that and did not drink. "illegals? i did not know there were any vamps working at the club. given what i know now i may have to reevaluate a few things.... though i am certain it will make the viewing rooms a bit more popular"

"You would be surprised but with out knowing who I am they felt safe to confess to their kinder manager. Morgan is a Darulin, in fact, he is like you and prefers the club as his secret life. it seemed like a quarter of the staff was vamp and he did not even know it. resuming his drinking he took a swig and draining the little glass poured himself a second, "no biting without id, no biting twice, no swapping fluids, don't suck only lick, no draining.... the usual thing"

Galvin pulled a memo pad from his pocket and started to write down what the other said. "No licking..." He said as he wrote. "no draining... I think I got it. Though what if some one request it? How will we stop dirty dealing?"
