Didn't stay up to watch the new year come in either. Had to wake early for work.

I was asleep when it hit midnight but then someone started shooting off fireworks and my dog freaked out. She didn't stop barking until they stopped with the fireworks over an hour later.

I personally adore fireworks, but I don't have any pets to worry about.

Wow, that was my New Year's EVe to a T.

All of my neighbors went nuts with fireworks at midnight yesterday. The entire sky around the house was lit up and it was like a warzone.

The ones here are barely visible because the trees are in the way. They were at least less obnoxious about it this time, so far at least.
