he looked a little releived. 'so there are four books not three?'

Luna gave a nod of her head "Yes...But now because of you anger Mizuki has all four" She said to him with a little tilt of her head "Which may or may not be a problem for you" And with that slapped his arm "All done!" She said happily. "Pureified charm...that suckers not breaking for awhile" She said happily.

he stretched his fingers experimentally. 'it does not matter if i have it now' he said 'i read most of it and either way it's of no help to me now, the information is useless to anyone but him and even so nothing was in it that could be used' *he shuddered at the though of that one drawing* 'well used for practical means' he paused 'why? is there something wrong with it?'

[Pinkie]

Thats when Luna kinda looked at him weird "Well...You see" She began "Those two always had a weird way of communicating. But...there was somethings they kept from each other" She said "Why did Lucus come to me alone asking for what he did?" She said "I always wondered that" She said to nothing

'i don't understand' he repled 'what could possibly be in that book that the two did not already share, it was all useless information' he huffed 'is there something odd about the books? there were no spells cast and it looked untampered with'

[Pinkie]

Luna shrugged her shoulders. "Im dont know without touching it or looking at a scripture...I couldnt tell you" She said "But those two did keep secrets" Was all she said. "Either way...You my dear should head back to the caslte." Luna said with a little of a sad smile.

'yes of course' he said. he was sad to leave her, this rare and unfortunate soul, but she was right, he had no need to be here and he was certain to be missed


(gahh! my ride didn't pick up and i need to go to work tonight!)

Luna walked with him to the edge of the forest in silence until they reached the garden. "This is where we part ways for now Luka" She said softly "Though I will be watching" She said softly "Take this" Thats when she handed Luka a little what seemed to be a flute on a large string tied for a necklace "If that ever happens again blow this and no matter what I will be there" She said "Or if your in trouble or hurt or need to talk...I will be there" With that she gave him a hug then left into the darkness of the trees around them. The sun was setting and the sky was orange and red in color and a few of the first stars began to appear. It was no longer day nor was it night but the time between both; dusk.

he pocketed the flute, it was old magic, something rare and special. he would treasure it forever.



the headmaster had his absence covered it seemed. his teachers and peers all asked if he had gotten better, the story as he pieced it together as was that he had come ill in the garden and went home for those three days. he would have been upset but for that it was a safe lie and did not need him to survive, he would not have to explain the werewolf or the dragon or the cabin in the south garden, he would not share if noone asked.

[Pinkie]

Mizuki passed back and forth infront of the medical bed. "I dont understand!" He all but screamed as he punched the nearest thing to him; the cave wall. A sickening crunch was heard and Maya flinched at the sound. "Mizuki calm dow-" "No! It dosent make any sence! Everything...EVERYTHING that was Lucus is in there!" He said angerly almost growling. In the heat of the moment his concealment spell slipt. He now stood before Maya with his hair undone laying about his upper body like a silver curtain. His skin was paler if possible and his eyes swirled with different hues of white and lavender. Claws took the place of finger nales And pointed elven ears poked out of his hair.

Luna choose that moment to show herself "Mizuki" Was all she said and his head snapped to her "Luna..." He said in a sad tone "I know" Was all luna said before walking over and giving the elven male a hug "You will find him" She said softly. "I was sure that I already had" Mizuki said in a broken tone. "Maybe not yet...but soon. I have faith" She said leaning back and placing a kiss to his forhead. "Now...you need to sleep" She said and smiled as she saw the almost childish shake of Mizukis head.

he felt ill that night. a strange feeling in his gut that would not be moved. he thought to see a healer in the morning.



(ok so while i'm not going to morph into your dead lover i'm going to have some rather 'odd' side effects from my brush with two foreign magics and a dead guy, i'll set it up in my next post)

Mizuki sighed. It had been a long night of sitting there and listening as he got chastized by Luna. Everything it would seem was his fault in alot of minds. Well if they looked at it the way he did then they would see that some...but not all was his fault! Mizuki huffed as he walked through the trees remembering the conversation with Luna shortly before he left

"Luna thats not-" "I dont care if it was or wasnt the thing though is that it did happen!" Luna said cutting him off. "That poor boy was half to death when I got there. What if I was a minute to late...huh?" She asked him in a tone that convayed her anger "What if I got there just as you finished the job!" She all but yelled "Would you be able to live with your self with the knawledge of that young mans blood on your hand?" She asked him in a softer tone this time. "Mizuki...." She said in a sigh "You out of anyone should know that triggers are not instant and done always happen the way you want them to" Luna said trying to calm both of them down. "Just...go back to the castle" She said to him and before Mizuki could protest she continued "Go back to the castle and watch him for a week or so" She said "Do not say anything to him, touch him, think of him...until or if he comes to you" With that he was dismissed.

So thats what he was doing. It was almost time for morning classes as Mizuki stepped onto the cobbal stone pathways of the castle. His hair was back into its normal braid and hanging over his shoulder like normal. Two human ears sat on the side of his head and his eyes where all one light lavender color. 'Its going to be a long day' He thought as he walked into the school.

in the morning he felt fine so he skipped the check and went in for what ammounted to his last days as a full-time student. he went through his classes in the usual manner it being different in that he got no after-class work from anyone but his horticulture master, he opted to skip his class with mizuki and instead hid in the stacks of the talking library binding books. he then went to the dining hall for his last meal with his peers, it too was mostly uneventful though the supper was a little less noisy than the usual dull roar. he slipped into his dorm shortly after, undressing and crawling into bed he pulled free the whistle he had attached to his neck. it shone dully in the dusky dark of a setting sun, hiding it back around his neck and under his shirt he went to sleep for the last time as a Student of the academy

The day went by slowly and Mizuki was dreading the time when Luka came for his classes. But that time soon came then went as if nothing. He almost gave a greatfull sigh when he left to his on campus house. All the teachers had private little houses in a ring just out to the west side of the castle. It was almost a little small court yard just for them. Walking down the path Mizuki looked to the newest little house in the ring. "Wonder who's going there?" He thought out loud as he passed the house beside his. It was small but good for one person. He gave a shrug as he opened the door and walked into the dark house. Tomorrow comes early.

he had everything moved by the time he had to be to his class, it was odd though to stand next to the teacher and help her teach first class instead of sitting in his chair during third. he stuck with it and by the time he could sink gratefully into his seat surrounded by his pears he had all but memorized the now thrice repeated information. when it came time to go to mizuki's class however his stomach ache from the day before was back. he gratefully went to the healer who promptly blamed the shed magic from the talking library for the residue forgin magic in his system. he was allwed to sleep until dinner, he felt better by then but a different stomach pain was quick to replace it. he had skipped two days of class already, he knew he'd have to go eventually

Mizuki sat infront of the head master and tooned in and out of the conversation. Well...if you wanted to call it that. Really the old man did nothing but yell at him since he walked in the double doors. He knew the risks that he had taken but it needed to be done. Mizuki didnt responde until a question was directed towards him "What were you thinking Mizuki!?" The head master asked him "You got Luna and Maya involved to?" He asked and got a nod. The head master sighed "Look...I thought I had the right one okay" Mizuki said in a huff. It was almost supper time and his stomach growled.
