he blinked. whaat a strange outburst "well i don't know about that, but i have seen that one too, have you seen the original one? it's rare and in fragments but i have a copy if you'd like to borrow it"

"The one with Johnny Depp is the only one I've ever seen. I didn't watch too many movies...except like Lion King 5 billion times."

"then you must it is only eight minutes long but it is the movie that started them all." he smiled, "and it'll give you culture. and mom always says people like milk need culture or they just go bad"

Chris chuckles a bit. "I don't think people go bad if they don't have culture. They just get stuck." Stuck in their ways that is.

he shrugged. "i don't know either way i suppose"

"Besides it is hard to avoid it. Even people in the same area are different. Do you want to watch a movie?" Random.

"sure!" he mentally berrated himself. stupid, don't seem so excited

Chris just smiles. "Whatchu wanna watch?" Long as it isn't a horror movie, he'll be fine with it...otherwise he'll be all paranoid on the way home that something bad is going to happen.

"oh, you've got to come see" he yelled "ma! going to my room with cris, movie!" he could hear his mother tromp up the steps, she opened the door and came into the kitchen. "have to taken out the trash yet? you have to do that first before playing with your friends" he looked at her "oops...uh, i will be right back" he quickly went over to the trash and sprinted towards the door trying to be fast. he did not see his mother give cris a sour look

He just smiles watching Alec be excited and rushing....until he sees that look on Alec's mother's face. "Now, what have I done to make you angry?" To his knowledge, he hasn't done anything...yet that is.

"if you lay a finger on him or hurt him in any way i will personally see to it that your life takes a very sour turn. don't hurt my baby." the sound of alec running back up the sidewalk could be heard. he bounded into the house "maa!" she turned to him with a smile "mommy dear i took it out can we go watch a movie now?" she nodded

He narrows his eyes at the mother. "Does it look like I plan on doing that or something?" He sighs a bit as Alec comes back. "I think I should go instead." He says while pointedly looking at his mother.

he stopped and turned to the other. he felt like crying, he did something stupid hadn't he. he put on a fake smile "well that is ok too. maybe some other time? he turned to his mother for the last bit. she looked down lovingly. "don't ask me sweetie, it is your friend's choice" they both turned to cris

Chris looks at Alec flatly. "That smile is way too fake. Shouldn't fake or you might become something you don't want to be someday." It's the truth. People sometimes become what they pretend to be, good or bad. "And actually it's up to your mother." He doesn't like essentially being accused of something he hasn't and probably will never do...and then being threatened because of it.
