Meh, at best Turkey is passable, but I don't think I'd ever seek it out on my own. I barely eat Chicken and even then I prefer it to be heavily seasoned or at least dipped in batter.

blech, fatty meats just don't appeal to me. DX
And chicken is totally different from turkey. Like. Not even comparable. It's much more dry and has less flavor. Espy; SO YOU CAN MAKE US A SONG ABOUT THE SUPERIORITY OF TURKEY?

Poultry is poultry, it's never as juicy and hearty as beef or pork and not as flavorful as fish. I don't mind fatty meats as long as they aren't greasy. And the flavor Turkey does have is sort of unpleasant. I want to say it's slightly more bitter than chicken.

I have tried turkey legs, I eat one out of obligation every thanksgiving and I do not like. I don't eat turkey for the rest of the year if I can help it. I don't hate it, but it's one of those foods where I can always think of something I'd much rather be eating.

because the only part of the turkey worth eating is the breast, there is something unsavory about the legs

Thanksgiving stuff doesn't count. Will never be the same as a single turkey leg seasoned with lemon pepper and baked in foil so it soaks up all that nice, juicy flavor... ; u; Is the best thing ever.
And I will agree that pork is generally unimpressive. It's a bit like chicken in that right, but with a slightly different flavor and texture.

A nice Christmas honey glazed or spiral ham is delicious though.
Pork roast is boring. Lemon pepper MIGHT make it taste alright.

DON'T BE A BUTT THE LEMON PEPPER TURKEY LEG IS MY FAVORITE
but yes, a honey glazed ham is pretty fabu. And the country ham that goes in a biscuit. Other than that, I can do without pork and replace it with chicken.
