I want to make it look like mt shoulder is cracking away, like with a spiderweb crack in glass, and where pieces are missing have it either green, or the type of ink that glows under a black light.

don't do the glow-ink, you could hurt yourself if something goes wrong or anything weird

also what shade of green? would it look good on your skin?

If you're not absolutely 100% sure about a tattoo, don't get it.

In fact, wait about a month between designing a tattoo and actually getting it. Design it, leave it alone, and come back to it and see if you still like it.

I've been holding on to a tattoo idea for years now. It's only my low pain threshold that's keeping me from getting it. xD
