Kai is already tired of hearing my shit.
He doesn't want to hear it anymore. I hate pretending and shutting out what's going on.
I can't go bitching to one or specific people. It's better to rant it in a general place where people can look or not look if they want to. That way I'm not pissing anyone off or ruining anyone's fucking day.

I pretty much feel like the "chick" whose boyfriend is addicted to games and neglects everything for it.
He makes it into a big joke.
I don't give a shit if he plays it. I mean I love GW2, I'd be a pretty huge bitch if I told him to drop his completely.
But he spends 99% of his free time - which is SEVERAL HOURS - on AC3 multiplayer. He lies and says he's there when I'm actually being ignored... FOR A GAME.
What the fuck.
I was okay for a while, but this is a bit much.
He starts this serious conversation asking me to talk to him more about things, because "you or I could die tomorrow". So I told him I'm pretty sure he doesn't think like that at any time, because if he does, I highly doubt he loves me as much as he says. He tells me oh he does, but then tells me "I don't have much time" because he wants to play his multiplayer.
After he asks me to get online.
Asking me to get online and then leaving to play his multiplayer.
I hardly speak to him anymore, and when I do, it's followed by hours of silence because he's on, guess what, the multiplayer.
He plays it so much in access that he's gotten demotivated for everything. It was insulting to hear because before, he was all "I love you so much" and saying he wanted to get out of there when he turns 21 ( which is not that far away ). But now he's saying he needs me to do more to motivate him and he needs me motivated more.
The fuck is that.
I butted heads with his mother. LEGALLY. I got my WHOLE FAMILY involved. How is that not enough motivation from my end?
But I told him the amount of time he plays that game has him mindless; he complains about not having ideas, and that's because he is always allllways on that game. And I told him he is not the only person this hurts. But it doesn't even look like he cares at all. I tried to change it into a situation he'd get, by replacing the game with a girl. And he laughed in my face.
So I told him whenever the fuck he feels like understanding, he'd tell me and I signed off.

I never wanted to turn into the jerk who hates that his boyfriend plays games, but the amount of fucking time he spends with it verses the teeny bits every couple hours he spends with me digs deep. I can't just ignore that. He treats me as if I'm the outdated toy on a shelf that he can just play with at his convenience.

Here's some examples:

Him: I know you hurt. OTL I'm pretty addicted to AC3 though.
Me: "though". it's like you're saying "even though its hurting you, oh well".
Him: I've been playing the series since before we met, baby, it's hard to put the controller down. DX
Me: lol then you can date your game. you know what would be fun? if i changed part of this situation to make you understand the gravity of it
Him: You probably should. OTL
Me: "I know you hurt. OTL I'm pretty addicted to her though."
Him: Like, literally--Ohhhh. Fuck, man XDDDDDDDDD IT'S YOUR DREAM DAMMIT
Me: "I've been hanging out with her since before we met, baby, it's hard to stop. DX" it's not funny. im glad you think it's funny. it'll make it easier to sign off and not come back for a few days.
Him: It's fucking ironic and hilarious-- Man, wait, you don't have to do that. And also
Me: think about how much time you spend with it compared to the time you actually give to me
Him: You're a guy, you're making AC3 into a chick. It's clearly a man
Me: i guess im just being stupid huh. glad you're taking this seriously
Him: No, man, look, I just made a little joke
Me: im gonna go.

( I had a dream not to long ago where he kept cheating on me, and I would just take it. It wasn't fun for me. But he makes it into a whole shit ton of laughs, which pisses me off. He likes girls more than guys, too. So this was pretty uncalled for imo. )

And it would be great if he saw this. Because maybe THEN he'll get it. I'm so sick and tired of telling him things and it flying over his head.

I've explained this so much to him that I don't even want to explain it anymore.
