Maybe the stem can be crumbled in the sponge part and the colors can be crumbled into the icing. Then the whole parts as decorations. For maximum Gram-ability like all the other foods being called crack, we can add crack in the title somewhere. Rainbow Poxy Crack Cake.

They're usually named that due to their moreish quality. Like a popular Crack Pie which seems to now be renamed because too many people found it offensive.
