his father had such a strange look come over him when felix started talking to him and the man was quick to excuse himself after a cursory return. turning to felix he could only scrunch up his face and reach out

Taking the hand, a kiss and an embrace, the professor leaned in close. "We have time for breakfast before our grand adventure. Though I would need to know what you want in a picnic basket." He said loosening one of his arms to pull on his infamous apron.

now was not the time to get distracted by felix in an apron with his father still in the house but he was grateful all the same that the other was trying. offering a small smile he shrugged and pulled out of the hold entirely to find a stool, "anything you make tastes good, i will have some of that"

Nodding he turned towards his cooking once more. As he stirred he spoke. "Zosa perhaps it is because my mother is deceased but why does every one in your life treat you like a child. Not only that but they seem to disapprove or want to dictate things in your life?" Twisting he found a spatula.

watching the other cook he slumped down over the nearest bit of counter, "i am not sure, though i was still mostly a child when i left so i think it might be that the last seven years does not count, i am still 18 and a child....but then i have known others to be treated the same way up until they are married and even then not always"

He opened his mouth but stopped the words that were about to come out. His lips fell into a hard line. "I could not live like that. You will always have my respect." Turning he offered a fresh pancake to Zosa hot from the grill. "Don't they understand you have been living on your own for a while now?"

(Also I thought he was 28 by now? )

he never saw it as a respect thing and even now he could not, "i don't think they mean anything by it felix and i am not sure"

Twisting his head he set the offered food down and gently tucked his finger under the others chin lifting it up so that their eyes met. "Zosa. I understand, you will always be their little Zosa, the green eyed wonder that caused ciaos with your sister.But when I look at you I see Zosa, the man who has accomplished so much, loves to much, and as has more to offer. You will always be their child, but it is time they started to treat you like a man. It is not just your father, your uncle and your aunt. It is yourself as well." He leaned forward pressing his forehead against the boy. "In your eyes who do you want them to see?"

(By this he doesn't mean outright acting like a child he means the little actions of lack of self confidence )

the reply was already on his lips before he even had the mind to think of it and knowing it was the wrong one he kept himself from saying it and swallowing once said instead words that were just as disappointing, "i am sorry....i can't answer that felix"

He kept his head where it was. It seemed like Zosa could not answer a lot of questions lately, and his future as he knew it was crumbling into uncertainty. He had no one left to blame but himself. "Then all I can offer is an escape on the moon from time to time, when it gets over baring for us."

the mood of the room dipped and he understood he had disappointed the other though the way felix spoke meant he could still-yet had not ruined this day. offering another soft smile he found felix's hand and pulled it to his lips, "hopefully not only then professor"

(he said it in /that/ way XD but please not on the table at least get outside or behind closed doors)

His own lips turned to a smile. Reaching out he turned the stove off. "Zosa I think its best we go exercise now."

(Lets get physical! physical! I wanna get physical! let me get your body moving)

the smile turned authentic as a butterfly raced across his stomach and tightening his grip on the outstretched arm pulled the other towards the kitchen door and mindless of the mostly uncooked food exited outside with felix in hand

They only made it as far as the porch swing before his mouth was probing the others, lifting his sweat covered thighs around his body as they fell onto the futon cushion. Messaging the muscles his finger tips made roamed, climbing Zosa's sides and finding his treasured hand. Breaking the kiss he graced the index finger with a light nibble while pushing his hips forward adding pressure to Zosa's.

the unpleasantness was forgotten as he was overtaken and pushed down against the old swing-sette and a gasp left him, it quickly turned into a near-breathless moan as his fingers were stolen and taken into felix's mouth. he wrapped his legs tightly around the narrow waist

The digit disappeared under the motion of the strong suck. His other arm erased what little space their was between them as it dipped below the sweatpants, groping teasingly at the prize.
