Catcher and the Rye is a big favorite of mine followed by The Lovely Bones. The latter hits a more emotional core with me while Catcher and the Rye has me understand what Holden is going through.

This pretty much sums me up, actually, excluding Meredith Ann Pierce XD It seems to be really hard for me to find other Robin McKinley fans, which is strange because her writing is beautiful. I'd like to add Robin Hobb to my personal list. Her writing is absolutely fantastic. She writes under two different names: Robin Hobb and Megan Lindholm. Her writing as Robin Hobb is my favorite. She has three trilogies out, The Farseer trilogy, The Liveship Traders trilogy, and The Tawny Man trilogy. They're just amazing.

Hmm..my favorite books are probably "The Lazy Crew" and "The Great Gatsby"
My favorite author of all time is defiantly Dean Koontz. I have something like 60 copies of his books.. My favorite genre are probably suspense thrillers. Something with amazing twists that really knock you out of your seat. Lazy Crew does that really well

My absolute favorite book to read would have to be "State of Fear" by Michael Crichton. I tell you, there are too many reasons that I love that book! Another favorite would have to be "Hitchhikers Guild to the Galaxy" by Douglas Adams. English comedy is one of my favorite types, so obviously, this book caught my attention. Lastly, "Wicked Lovely" by Melissa Marr. I haven't read this book in ages, but when I did read it, I did love it.

I mostly like thriller/suspense/horror/thriller books like (I've read them):
Carrie: Stephen King The Shining: Stephen King The Bad Place: Dean Kootz Down a Dark Hall: Lois Duncan Killing Mr. Griffin: Lois Griffin Gallow's Hill: Lois Duncan Ransom: Lois Duncan Dante's Inferno Brother's Grimm Fairy Tales Summer of Fear: Lois Duncan Firestarter: Stephen King and that's all I can think of right now that aren't manga. If manga's are related as book I like then it would be longer.
