I got the name from Morgan le Fay, but definitely because it means fairy. Hm.. I don't know which era the spelling is from.

no, i mean your concept of fairies and what they are like. i sounds postregency since previctorian fairies were not kind, playful, nature-loving or tolerant of humans to any real degree XD

Oh, that's a different topic. Well, before the Victorian Era people were afraid of everything out of not understanding. Also, certain mythical beings got heavily romanticised and sexualised throughout the romanticism period. Though the core, traditional image of a fairy is that of a prankster at best or a child eater at worst.

Why? Because I'm a gigantic nerd?
I'm... doing fine, actually. Today's Christmas Eve for the Orthodox Church, so that meant more presents. Thank you. I like your... background? Reminds me of Russian fairy (oops, that word again) tales. Should I mention I'm watching Fairy Tail?

I can handle the art style, though it's reminding me of One Piece, which I'm so not a fan of.
What gets me is that it's trying to have a serious plot and be all Game of Thrones, with a heavy dose of gags, jokes, exaggerated reactions... Pick a lane, and stick to it. Mostly. It's also reminding me of Guild Wars 2 and how I couldn't find a guild there.

I just think that if you're a clown, you can't also be an accountant. Or rather, you can, but just don't have a red nose when you're doing my taxes. If that makes sense...
You can mostly solo it, there are tons of events and things you can wander into alone, find people and participate. In the first game, there's very little content you need a team for, a bit more of it in the sequel. I've been playing alone for 2 years, trying to find that damned guild to belong to. I've been in guilds that were all about a couple's marital disputes, one where a woman with 5 husbands treated it like her household (not judging, but I was co-leader, and she brought in all her men and.. eh, long story), one that mostly looked like a cult, then a ton of self-serving guilds and a ton of drama guilds.

uuuumm... well i am sure it makes sense to some but to me as long as you are capable at both and understand where and when is the best time to blend the two and when isn't the time then it's totally alright
have you considered starting your own to find people who have the same outlook you do?

That's what I meant. Yes.
I have, and it was going well for a while. I had a group of friends, and then they all stopped playing. Yay, me. Now the game is 4 years old, so there's almost no point starting a new guild when there's an army of them with everything already gained and levelled. My pet peeve are self-serving guilds. They promise you all these things; they'll take you on raids, give you advice, then they forget about you, but as soon as you don't represent, one of them decides to whisper you about it. Ooh, I told off someone a few days ago over that.

About GW2 --- I'm in the Trisphee people's guild! . . . Not that I ever remember to play >.> I didn't have anyone to play with before that though.
And on Fairy Tail, I liked it at first but over half the episodes are recaps and intro and ending credits >>; You only get like 10 minutes of new stuff an episode. ![]()
