That is what pissed me off about the emergency dentital place. Why does it cost so much to pull something out? It should not cost 150 dollars. If It was 50 or 60 I would have said hell yes get this fucking thing out, but no.

two reasons, where it is located and what has to be used to do it, the insurance for that is a bitch and a half, if they fuck up you can die a slow painful death orworse, there could be permanent damages that will leave you orally disabled and that costs a lot to protect against

also they have to numb cut and dig, lots of tools
