Actually contrary to what most people believe there is not just one or two 'surgeries', there are many. And I am considering getting a 'top' or 'chest' surgery (still not sure), but not any 'bottom' surgeries. I also have no idea if I want to take hormones or not yet. I like the idea of my body/face/voice changing, but at the same time, there are other side-effects that I'm afraid of T^T

@Ultima: I would try to avoid the hormones if you can. I have seen what they tend to do. I had one friend that wishes to undergo the bottom since the top would not need much changing but that much testosterone was not good for him. However I have one where it worked out lovely and you can not even tell which gender he was before. Though if you fear it will take away what makes you, you I would not risk it.

You have to make an account, but just so it remembers your pictures. You add pictures with the + signs, and paste the urls. Then use the url it gives you in an img tag, and poof o3o

@Poggio- Thank you =3 Of course, I have done the research and have trans friends in various stages of transitioning, so I know my stuff. I just don't know what hormones will do to me, because everyone is different. And I definitely was not going to rush things.
