I tried Assault and about gagged on the taste. e-e

So I like the low carbs, the zero, and the rehabs.
Since they're 20 calories and less.

I can cut my calories to 1000 and still never lose weight so I gave up for the most part. I used to go walk either 2 miles, or do timed walking and go for an hour (which if it is really hot, would equal about the same). Never lost a pound, ate less carbs, calories, and such. But I have a condition that makes it that much more difficult. -Pouts-
