"Subborn people who don't want to leave their home." Canada knows alot of them because most Canadians are that way. "I find them to be an equal in beauty and nusiance."

"It's good that they like where they live that much....but that can also be a bad thing. When the place is about to flood to hell and back...that's the time to leave....no matter how much you love it. But that's their choice." He shrugs a bit. "But they do need to think about their life and the like."

"Yes, too many people think of their material objects over their own lives. Some claim it to be memories but memories are usually evoked by a physical object."

[Yokuutsu]

"Yeah. But I seem to remember those things without the objects." He just shrugs a bit. "And it's not like them being there is gonna make sure their items survive. Them being there doesn't make the items survive or anything." He rubs his eyes a bit and stretches.

"Tired a bit?" Canada asks when he sees the young nation stretch. "We're almost to my house, so you can rest there if you would like."

He chuckles a bit sheepishly. "A bit....but we still gotta finish the igloo sometime!" He's still a bit excited about that. He has to finish that sometime.

"We'll see if we can return to it after we figure out what the bad situation is." Canada said the pointed towards a house that had just come into view on the tundra. "That is my humble house." And for a country it was, but compared to a normal Canadian home it was very large.

"Yes!....I hope it's nothing serious though..." He knows some people kind of just freak out at everything....and others don't freak out until the end is coming. The house is kind of big to William. But then again he's not big on the mansion type stuff. And the fact the country has just started up. "Looks nice to me."

"Knowing my secretary it might be something rather large but nothing world ending." His secretary know their limit and will call Canada when his job exceeds the limit. "Thank you." He said when the other complemented his house. Almost none of the other contries visted him and those that did aways called it small, but Canada liked it small.

"Good luck with that then..." William/the Confederacy is pretty laid back at times....especially since there is no fighting now, he can relax. "No problem." It's big to him...though he has seen bigger such as a few plantation houses that still exist and the like. "Like...how ;arge do you think the problem is?"

"On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd say about 7 unless it's paperwork." Canada personally though paperwork went off the scale. He understood the importance but hated doing it.

He chuckles a bit. "Paperwork....I hate it...only because it's boring....but it might be better than some of the alternatives." Unlikely alternatives, but it's better than a nuclear plant exploding or anything like that.

"Yeah," Canada agrees knowing what would happen if some of his paperwork was ignored, "We would have no idea who actually was a Canadian citizen." And would that not be distrous, "We would also have no idea about population growth or mariages."

"Well....with ours...we kind of let the states take care of that. The citizen thing. They just let us know from there. Since the states keep a track of who is there anyway...might as well use what's already there." William/The Confederacy thinks it's a good way....and a good solution. "Well...not all marriages and births are reported. And then spiritual unions..."

"My individual providences will ocasionally take care of mariages but the ones that would cause one of the people involved in the union to become a Canadian citizen I do have to look over." And there was still a lot of those despite how few most people would think. "And we do try to have all birth and mariages recorded but we do occasional miss some." Less of them then most countries but still a lot.

"Ah...we kind of let the states handle that...minus a background check type thing. Federal does that." But he is a confederacy...so the states would have more power on that. "Since the federal level is the level to deal with other countries." It's not as much of a confederacy as those who started the original war would like, but it would be too chaotic to let each state deal with each country in the world that they see fit. There could be many wars and conflicts started that way. "Well...what I meant was more of a home birth type thing where the parents don't report it or ever go to a hospital..." Which from what he has seen...ends in bad things normally.
