I just joined the group and as you can see, I have no face, no hair. I can only pick a base. nothing else comes up. is there a way to fix this? and I'm running on Internet Explorer:confused:

if you look under the Shops tab you'll find stuff for free(clothing and shoes and basic facial features) in the Threads shop. Anything else, including hair you buy with the site currency you earn by posting :)

you need to buy your face hair and clothes in the shops tab, and it's all in currency in Aurums, except for the Yearly shop and the Monthly Donation items in which it's in runes (runes is another currency in which you can get by donating real money to the site).

And the Token Shop and at this moment the Evant shop is paid in anka tokens. They can't be tradeable but you can get them by acheiving certian things on here like post counts.

Sorry for me to ramble but, in order to get the clothes and hair items is something you need to shop for in the shop tab

Pandora's clothing like her top, skirt, pants, gloves, and sides can be found in the shop called 'Threads' they are free

Free facial stuff can be found in Trinkets and Tresses.

Hair you will have to use aurum to buy. you should have gotten 250 AU just for joining :3

and the staff here are more one on one, you don't need to email the site, just find a staff and just ask questions or anyone else
