if it's early drink your favourite source of caffeine. if it's late drink a large glass of water(you can do the opposite if you're so inclined). both'll help a bit

And sad thing is....the cheapo eyedrops work better than the name brand.

Except I tend to miss/blink too much to get them in LOL
