He wasn't really concerned for anyone else being in the house, never crossed his mind till she spoke that it was her father. That would be rather cute.. her brother was killed by dark elves and he didn't know about her mother being as well. That would hardly end well and if Brishen was like her father then it wouldn't end peacefully either.

"I'm not suppose to even be here, damn dragon" he glanced over to it an it seemed to act like it didn't know what he was talking about. "I do need to get back though.. your going to end up getting me in trouble" He laughed slightly, when was he worried about getting into trouble.. it'd be more that Madaes wouldn't leave him alone till he spilled where he ran off to.

Wrapping his arms around her he frowned a little when she brought the outfit up once more. "don't get use to it, im not of the royal guard so like hell it's getting worn again" He wasn't against dressing up if it was required.. he just disliked flaunting that these were the guards colors when he wasn't one. Though he could probably easily enough get into the royal guard if he wanted to. But that'd require him following orders.

"Suppose to yes.. I had stepped out for air anyway when the dragon came along" He sighed a little, he would rather just stay here instead of dealing with whatever formalities there were. Also the fact he'd be stuck in this outfit longer then he really liked to be. Though he didn't get to say anything further as Judith went on to speak again.

"If I can manage I'll come back." Though currently he didn't know that Madaes had no intention of letting him get out of going to the celebration the King was going to hold, then again it was going to be open to all so he could probably cross paths with Judith there. He smirked a little seeing her ears drop after asking. "stop worrying I'll be back, even if I have to sneak away from Madaes I'll manage to get back" He was just joking, really Madaes might just let him go if it wasn't anything too important.

He was about to tell her he should get going now but she seemed to have something else to say that she paused in saying before finishing it. He looked at her as she spoke, had he heard her right? "Judith..." He didn't seem to say anything else, she couldn't just say that could she, hell she didn't mean it.

"You can't mean that, you'd never get a moments peace that can't be what life you want. Hell I could be killed any day from the line of work I do." He laughed slightly before going on to try and convince her otherwise, sure he had asked her to stay with him someday.. but he didn't think about what if she accepted that offer. He started to go on to say something else but looking into her eyes.. she was serious about what she said.

He wasn't sure really what to say to her. He probably should have been happier that she said something like that but he wasn't really sure if she was fucking with him or not till he looked at her eyes trying to read her. His ears went back a little before dropping, this was a little awkward for him, it was almost too easy to tell that he was flustered to say the least with her response.

"I... " He sighed a little before trying to speak again, he needed to get a hold of himself it wasn't that damn big of a deal. "I have to leave, we should talk again later.. about this" He finally managed to say after breaking eye contact with her and stepping back a little, no one had ever said such a thing to him before he wasn't sure how to even act towards her now.

He bowed his head a little before leaving her, he wasn't meaning to run away but he couldn't answer her. Not properly anyway, he needed some time to think about what she just said. She was being serious he could tell.. but maybe he should deter her from her current thoughts. She'd never be happy if she did stay with him.

The dragon titled it's head after Rhyldrin left, the dragon seemed confused seeing the sudden change in emotion from Rhyldrin who was normally rather blunt and straight forward about everything, it was odd seeing him worked up over something. Let alone the fact that he seemed down right stumped on what to do or what to say.

~~~~~~~~~~
She nodded a little at the idea of joining him, she was glad he liked her idea of rotating the celebration every other year. It would be good to assist everyone in the change. Not that it was really needed most were long tired of this war.
She allowed him to take her hand again as she nodded once more "yes, my apologies I was just seeing to a certain matter" She was sure the man noticed one of her escorts were missing, though she didn't know it was one that he knew from past events. "lead the way lord Bryon" She smiled ever so sweetly at him before glancing at Madaes who nodded before walking off to see if he could go find Rhydrlin.
~~~~~

It didn't take long before Madaes did run into Rhyldrin he was on his way back anyway. Though Madaes didn't say anything at first noticing that something seemed to be on Rhyldrin's mind. "geese you look like you were just shot" He laughed before grabbing Rhyldrin and making him walk faster towards the palace. "your lucky they didn't finish this little meeting just yet. Though I think the Queen has some words for you" He smirked a little knowing Rhyldrin wasn't really in that much trouble.

Though he stopped before rejoining the one royal guard still left seeing as they sent the other off to pass the word on about peace and about the celebration as well. "you've not said a word are you ok?" Madaes was really asking it wasn't like Rhyldrin to have no come back or to just silently take anything Madaes said he knew that even when they were children.

"huh?" He snapped back to the world around him instead of being caught up in his thoughts. "tsk I'm fine, I just went for a walk you know damn well a cramped building isn't where I like being" He said before walking past Madaes and joining the other knight that was left. Though he did notice the look he got from the Queen.

Madaes smirked a little before lazily putting a hand on Rhyldrin's shoulder "I don't think she's that mad, but today's a good day so you might be lucky. Besides.. she better not do anything to you" Rhyldrin looked at Madaes with a odd look as to why he'd say such a odd thing.

"I made a few bets with the light elf guards around here.. they were bragging about who could handle the most drinks.. and well we'll just say your my ticket to winning." Rhyldrin looked unimpressed by this sudden offer "ever think I might not stay for the festivities? " Madaes smiled all the more "oh all i have to do is tell the Queen.. I'm sure she wants you to stay" He grinned still but it was a evil looking one, Rhyldrin knew this was a lost battle.

Judith brought her hands away from him and breathed out a sigh. "Why would I say anything unless I meant it?" she suddenly felt frustrated perhaps she should have forgotten his question, maybe Rhyldrin had not really thought before he asked her such a thing. Judith's ears dropped and she watched him trying to figure out what he was thinking. When he let go of her she crossed her arms over her chest, keeping herself from reaching out for him. He seemed to be avoiding looking at her. What the hell had just happened? The mood in the room had changed so abruptly, she felt confused.

"We don't have to talk about it if you don't want to, if that isn't what you want then we can forget about it." she breathed out heavily, her voice was a bit more higher and she spoke quickly. "I-" she paused and watched him as he went to her window. "I don't know what to say to you," she was rather upset now with the situation. "I'm sorry for saying that." though really she wasn't. She didn't say anything wrong, why did she feel the overwhelming urge to apologize? She became silent as Rhyldrin bowed then left.

She stood for a moment, her mind was all over the place. She wanted to be with him, she didn't care what other's thought of it. Judith knew that what he did was dangerous, she would worry of course but she wouldn't hold him back or try to change him. She knew that he wanted her to live a happy life, she knew that he knew that they would face difficulties if they chose to be together. She brought herself to her window and slammed it close then she went to her bed. When she sat down the little dragon climbed into her lap and began to paw at her for attention. Judith looked down at him, she smiled weakly. She brought her hand back and forth against him gently petting him.

------

"That is fine," he said to her, he smiled warmly. "There is no need for you to apologize, mi'lady." he bowed his head, when he lifted himself he began to walk slowly, her hand still in his. "May I have your name?" he asked, Bryon had not asked for her name yet, he felt like a fool. "My apologies, I was so distracted by our conversation that I forgot to ask for your name. I did not mean to be rude." he smiled weakly hoping that she would not think poorly of him for such a small mistake. "My name is Bryon, you may call me that instead of Lord or Sire." Bryon never allowed anyone else to call him by his name, but she wasn't just anyone.

He waved two guards to come to them and ordered them to open the doors to the castle. When they did Bryon stepped outside, his eyes grew wide at the crowd that had gathered outside of the castle. He called over one of the guards and spoke to him briefly. "Don't let anyone be a fool, I trust my people but I do not wish for any violence. I will not tolerate it, if you must strike a villager then do so." he hissed, the guard shook a little in his boots and nodded. He went off, when he returned with more guards Bryon felt better. Though he was still concerned for his own safety and for the safety of the queen.

The crowd whispered, what was happening? "My people," his voice was loud, they fell silent and looked up at him listening. Bryon smiled at them, though it was certainly a nervous one. He was still not use to having all eyes on him but he would push his phobia of public speaking to the side. He had to be confident and calm or at least seem that way. "I have good news," he looked over the crowd. They did not stir, they watched him waiting for him to speak again. "It is true, the talks of peace had been revived and today peace has been created. The war had ended and from now on Dark Elves and Light Elves shall live together in harmony!" the crowd erupted with cheers, the overwhelming sound of clapping filled the air. Bryon turned to the Dark Elf queen and smiled. When he looked back at the crowd he spoke once more. "A celebration shall be held tonight! This day shall be remembered forever!" he was pleased with the other's reaction, though he knew that not all Light Elves would accept the peace. Their hatred would not be tolerated.

------

The festival had began only a hour later, most villagers were thrilled when the king announced that peace was not between the Dark and Light Elves. Those who did not agree remained in their homes, the king had warned those who tried anything would be firmly punished by himself. He would not allow the hatred for other's to continue anymore. The festival was held in a square-shaped area in the capital. It was large, everyone fit comfortably, there was plenty of room. There was decorations, music and of course alcohol and food was being served. A fountain rested in the center, a massive one and children played by it. Torches had been lit to light up the surrounding area. Bryon sat peacefully in a chair, beside him the queen in her home. He was speaking to her, getting to know her a bit. They looked forward to the future.

Judith had left her home, she bathed and changed for the festival. The set up amazed her, it was absolutely beautiful. Unlike anything she had ever seen before. Her father had stayed home, he seemed rather nervous about the peace happening. She didn't try to convince him to come out, she knew how he felt about Dark Elves and there would be plenty of them at the festival. She was surrounded by familiar faces and of course some that she had not seen before. She pushed passed a few people as she watched some villagers dancing near the fountain. Judith was rather drunk, it was a festival after all. She was not one to drink but considering what they were celebrating she had not hesitated to down more than a few drinks. She didn't know where Rhyldrin was, though maybe it was better that they did not speak. She was still mixed up about what had happened earlier.

He didn't mean to really upset her, he really wasn't expecting her to have a answer let alone remember he asked such a thing. He felt like a idiot as it was for not saying anything to her aside from he had to go. 'stupid.. ' he sighed under his breath a little knowing he should have said something anything. He was going over her last few words to him why was she saying sorry or why say they didn't have to talk about it .. he wanted to but.. it was more that he wanted to make sure it's what she wanted.

To be dragged into a life where she'd be forcing herself into a position to worry on a almost daily basis? Why was he thinking this damn much about it. He needed to keep his head, he's fix things after this speech thing was good and done and then he's explain himself, well if she'd talk to him then.

~~~~~~~~~
She laughs softly before telling him her name "it's Vyndria" She listened to him state his name though she knew it already from reading into the current king before she came to the capital. She smiled again before speaking "it's not rude, we were both a bit caught in the moment weren't we?" She had never thought a second about it really it was just over whelming news to have the thought of peace between the elves.
She watched as he gave his orders to the guards but about the same time she noticed that Madaes was walking back towards the other Royal guard and apparently he had tracked down Rhyldrin, though he seemed a little worse for wear for whatever reason.
She stood a few steps back from Bryon to allow him speaking room. The three that were still with her stood a few steps behind her, though that was to prevent anyone from thinking of doing anything stupid, there were some light elf guards on the other side as well so both King and Queen were well enough protected.
She smiled at him before speaking once he was done with pleasing the crowd "your quite the speaker aren't you? It's good to see that your people are pleased with your words" She had her worries but this lifted most of them.
~~~~~~

After the festival was started Madaes wasted no time to drag Rhyldrin off towards where the small group of them planned to have the drinking competition. "remind me why im doing this again?" Rhyldrin said flatly as he watched Madaes and a few others.

Madaes grinned a bit before speaking and draping a arm around Rhyldrin's neck. "because I don't think a dwarf could drink you under so your going to win me some money." Hardly pleased by the answer he removed Madaes' arm from his person. "tsk.. thats a poor reason.."

"who cares! just drink you don't have to do anything else, heck the Queens not even mad at you so why complain eh?" Madaes laughed a bit though Rhyldrin didn't find this funny, truth be told he didn't drink all that much aside from once in a while or if things were on his mind.. though on a second thought maybe this was a good idea.

Other dark elves did show up, at first things seemed a little tense between the two groups though as the night went on it seemed things evened out or at least settled enough to where some were merging the groups together instead of drawing a imaginary line.

Lady Vyndria happily chatted with lord Bryon, she hardly minded his company. She did have a few words with Rhyldrin but she didn't get any reasoning out of him as to where he went and why he seemed to have something on his mind suddenly. She was trying to help him but he was being stubborn as usual.

"Why do you look so down?" Judith turned and looked at the man who had spoken to her. She smiled weakly though before she could speak he took her hand and began to walk towards the already dancing villagers. "Don't tell me that you're fine when you clearly aren't. Come and dance with me a little bit?" he stuttered, he smiled weakly at her hoping that she would say yes. Judith looked at him a bit confused by his sudden behaviour before she could speak she felt herself being pulled close to him. When she breathed in she smelled a familiar scent, alcohol. It was almost amazing how much it could change someone. "Fine," she mumbled under her breath she allowed him to place his hands around her waist and she placed her own on his shoulders. "What has gotten into you?" she asked him, Judith laughed nervously. "I don't know," he replied he still stuttered his words as he always did. "Though I have never noticed how pretty you are until now." Judith looked at him alarmed by his response. "Don't say such things, Kane!" she hissed then looked away from him. "I'm sorry," his ears dropped and he laughed nervously.

Bryon lifted himself from his chair and brought himself to stand in front of Vyndria. He reached out his hand and smiled warmly at her. "Will you dance with me?" he asked, he laughed nervously wondering if she thought he was behaving oddly. Though he wasn't trying to be romantic, he was being only friendly. When he felt her hand in his he helped her stand from her seat and brought her over to the villagers who were dancing. Bryon placed his hand on her waist and held her other above. "I have not danced for a while, forgive me if I am reckless." he laughed. He twirled with her though he kept his distance not wanting to upset her.

When it came time to switch partners Judith tried to escape the dancing villagers though she was quickly brought into the arms of another man. She sighed a little, though as she went to tell him that she no longer wished to dance she bit her tongue. Bryon smiled as her, with her he brought her close, he held her gently. Kane had taken the queen, he seemed much more nervous dancing with her. Judith accepted Bryon's embrace, she wouldn't reject him on such a night. Though for some odd reason she felt as if she should have. The way she held him was odd, it felt different.

Rhyldrin was hardly paying attention to anything really he wasn't even thinking, aside from how pointless this was. Madaes frowned a bit before slamming a different bottle on the table with a grin. "Ok just because I'm determined to see you at least stutter a little your drinking this anyone who still can drink can drink whatever they like."

Rhyldrin looked at the bottle before asking the question though he knew pretty much what it was "your trying to kill me aren't you.. " Madaes questioned his asking "huh? it's just 98 proof.. thats not 100 yet I think you'll be ok."

"it's what? They don't make a 98 proof idiot!" He said before glaring at Madaes who was still grinning. "they do now hehe... whats it matter just drink it, you'll be fine hell it probably won't even have a affect on you anyway" He laughed again though he stopped as he was looking out across the area seeing the queen was dancing with someone, it looked like that light elf from before.. though he did after a few moments find what he thought was the girl from before as well? Dancing with the King.

thats it wasn't it, when Rhyldrin vanished he went to see her, whatever happened seemed to bother the poor guy. Though Madaes didn't get to say anything to Rhyldrin before Neimi came from no where and started dragging him out to where people were dancing. "start acting like your married to me damn it and not like a 16 year old who just got permission to hang out with the guys!"

The other royal guard who was still there with Rhyldrin just looked at him and they both laughed slightly finding it funny. The guard saying he was reminded why he's not married yet. Though the comment seemed to remind Rhyldrin he needed to talk to Judith. "well if he's gone I'm going to stop killing my liver then.. heh" The few still left agreed though they were pretty wasted, not that anyone had a chance in hell at winning this little game Madaes had set up.

All of the noise and the clutter of people was starting to get to him as he stood from where he was and started walking, it wasn't really away from the area where the festivities were being held but it was at least away from the crowd a little. Though glancing over the crowds of people together it was rather funny this was something he wouldn't have guessed could happen in a 100 years.. yet here it was.

At the same time he felt sorry for Madaes seeing as Neimi loved to dance and enjoy herself.. she'd wear the poor guy out long before the night was over. Seeing as Judith had changed her outfit he never even noticed that it was her dancing with the King of the light elves, then again he was still overly distracted by his thoughts that he had fucked up majorly this time.

The Queen smiled at Kane the poor man seemed nervous to no end. "you can stop shaking, I don't bite" She said it in such a soft comforting tone she was trying to make him relax, he needed to enjoy himself instead of being nervous.

"Are you having fun?" Judith was torn from her thoughts as Bryon spoke to her. She looked up at him and smiled weakly. "As much fun as I possibly can have," she replied then laughed nervously. Why did he show so much interest in her? Ever since her return he spoke to her, it always seemed as if he used any excuse to have her come to the castle. She had overheard his guards gossiping once, apparently Bryon was rather smitten with her. Why though? She was not poor of course, though she was not royalty either. It was uncommon for a king to show real interest in a commoner. She caught a few other Light Elves, even Dark Elves, looking over at them as they danced. It made her feel nervous. She wanted to pull away from him though he held her close and tightly. Judith waited for the next change of partners, she would turn down the next man and flee away from Bryon.

Bryon let go of her finally, it felt as if ages had gone by. He bowed then took her hand to her face and kissed it gently. Judith felt uneasy, she watched him keeping her eyes on him. When he released her hand she brought it back and kept to herself not wanting him to take her back for another dance. "I enjoyed that," he said then smiled warmly at her. Judith managed a smile though she didn't stay too long for him to drag her back for more. "Thank you for dancing with me my lord," she bowed quickly then fled from him, though she suddenly felt someone else's arms around her before she got too far.

Kane almost forgot to bow as he finished dancing with the queen. He stumbled a bit as he bowed quickly then lifted himself. "T-thank you mi'lady!" he said nervously, he managed a smile. Then he let her go off to whatever she pleased, he turned being met by another woman who wished to dance with him. What had he gotten himself into?

Neimi noticed was that Rhyldrin was seemingly planning a retreat, though he hadn't gotten too far either. She smirked a little before telling Madaes she was going to get Rhyldrin to dance so he could have a break. He didn't believe she would get him to move more then two steps but he would gladly accept the rest idea.

She briskly walked over to Rhyldron before grabbing his hand and dragging him with her "come on, this is suppose to be a joyous event and your just standing there?" she laughed a bit she was a bit shocked he didn't realize what she was doing right away. Though by the time he did notice she was dragging him to dance he couldn't stop her.

Though to admit he did try a few times but she forced him into it anyway. "You know very well I dislike such events let alone this" He hissed a little at her though it wasn't really that threatening knowing very well that she could hold her own against him if it was needed. She smiled all the more before speaking "you dance fine I dunno what your worried about"

He frowned a bit at her knowing she was up to something she never cut Madaes a break. "i don't like dancing.. has nothing to do with if I'm good at it or not" he complained under his breath knowing she wasn't listening.

"oh stop being a baby, I'm helping you here. I'm surprised your letting other men dance with your little girlfriend over there." his ears dropped a little before he glared at Neimi "she's not my --" She laughed a little seeing how defensive he was to say that "calm down I was teasing, but you know I do want to dance with the King, so I figured you could take her good deal hrm?" She was still smiling from ear to ear, though Rhyldrin wasn't as excited about this. Neimi didn't know of the odd conversation a few hours before this.

Neimi had timed this all too well as the switch came and she had half forced him to be paired with Judith. He really didn't want to do this knowing that she was probably still upset or lord knows what at him for earlier. He wouldn't blame her if she slapped him. Though before he could protest Judith was already looking at him and Neimi had moved off to steal her dance with the King as she wanted. Probably to see how long he could last.

Was this really Judith? She looked.. yeah he needed to get his thoughts off of her looks and say something before she got even more pissed at him. His ears dropped a little before speaking knowing Neimi knew something was up and she did this on purpose. "I'm sorry.. for earlier." He paused a moment trying to think of what else to say though his focus was a bit torn for the time being. "i shouldn't have run off like that even if I needed to be somewhere.. " He couldn't think of anything else to say he'd have to wait to see how angry she was with him, for the time being he kept his distance or at least as much as he could from her just in case.

Judith looked up at him, she was quiet at first though after he spoke she brought herself to speak as well. "Please don't apologize," she mumbled quietly, Judith brought her hands to his shoulders and brought her body close to his. "I should not have gotten so upset and you had to be at the castle. I'm in the wrong, I'm sorry." her ears dropped, she smiled weakly at him. "I let my emotions get the better of me, I should have more self control." she couldn't be mad at him. She had suddenly told him that she wanted to stay with him and then expected something more than Rhyldrin to be surprised. She should have known better, she was being cruel. "I don't care what happens to us after this night," she whispered softly to him. Judith rested her head against his chest. "I want to spend the night with you, in your arms. Is that alright?"

She closed her eyes and listened to the music playing, she would not worry about what would happen with them. As long as she got to spend the night with him she would be satisfied. She would be hurt if he left her but that was his choice and she wouldn't try to convince him otherwise. Judith opened her eyes and they wandered over the other Elves dancing, the Dark and Light Elves were mixing together for the first time. It made her feel happy. She lifted her head from his chest and looked up at him. "If you're tired then we can go back to my house," she purred, she smiled warmly at him. "I can sneak you in my window. You said earlier that you didn't like your clothes," her body was now as close as it could get to him. "I can help you be free of them, even if it's for a little bit."

He shook his head a little "No, I do have to say sorry. I asked you the question and wasn't prepared for the answer. I should have been I guess.. but I wasn't I figured you had forgotten it really." It was still a bit of a shock to him, she said it and she was admitting to saying it so what was he suppose to say? "stop saying sorry, your fine. Really I'm just glad that your not irked at me for not saying anything before.. I should have still said something. But I'm not quite sure what that something is still." Least he was being honest, he had no idea how to handle this situation at all.

Not that he really had to think about what to say to her, of course he wasn't going to say no to her request why even ask if it's already she could have said something like if its not alright deal with it and he wouldn't have cared. "Silly.. of course it's alright, you don't even have to ask that question." He paused a moment before speaking again he wanted to make sure he was thinking clear enough to say what he needed to. "you said that you wanted to stay with me no matter what happened.. you don't have to ask to do such things then." He smiled at her, he had a point she did say that she wanted to be with him no matter what others thought or what happened, so asking to spend the night together wasn't that out of the question.

He laughed slightly at the idea of being forced through the window again, though it would at least give them alone time. He'd take that any day over all of the clutter and noise here. It made it hard to think. "We can go, I've had my fill of this for one year I think.. " really he had his fill for the next 50 years if he had a say in it.

He was just thinking of resting, that alone would be nice though he next little comment as she pressed her body even closer to his made him withdraw that this was going to to just be a simple embrace. Had she really just said that so openly? she had to be drunk.. or at least a little. Though either way he knew that one had caught him off guard, he also knew it had caused his face to turn hot. "heh.. maybe you should sleep off some of what you drank before you say such things?" he laughed slightly though it oddly sounded a bit nervous, not that he really had a reason to be so. Either way it gave him a excuse to leave and he'd gladly take that before they pulled the partner switching.

"I didn't drink that much," she said then laughed quietly. She kept herself close to him, her ears dropped she was disappointed by his response to what she had said. "Even if I had not drank I would have said that because that's really what I want." she whispered softly to him. Judith brought her hands to his and took them in her own. "I'm tired of dancing, we can go now." she purred then took her body away from his. She smiled at him and kept a hold of his hands, making him walk with her. "You seem nervous, you don't have to be around me and I don't care if the other Elves see us leave together." she turned from him and let go of one of his hands, though she still held the other in her own. "They can think whatever they want, it's none of their business what we do." she added, she felt a little thrill go through her.

When they came to her home she made Rhyldrin walk silently and slower with her not wanting her father to hear her speaking to him. She left him by the wall, above was her window. Judith noticed that her father and his friend were no longer in the home, though she wasn't worried about that. It was good that he was out of the house finally, he had become a hermit like she had. She raced up the stairs and when she entered her bedroom she closed the door behind her then slid the bar across it to stop anyone else from entering. Judith went to her window, she ignored the chirp from the little dragon who woke up when she opened the front door. Judith opened the window and poked her head out. "Come up," she said to Rhyldrin. She brought herself away from her window then began to light a few candles to bring light to the room.

"you say that.. don't you go getting mad at me in the morning then saying you can't remember anything" he was just teasing her, really he sort of envied that fact she could get tipsy. He smirked a little seeing as she pretty much said what she was thinking so openly once more. "I'm not stopping you this time" Ok to really get down to it, he'd be lying to himself if he said he didn't want what she did...

Leaving couldn't have come soon enough, he was glad to leave the fuss behind, that could have happened over two or three hours ago really. "hrm?" He questioned her saying he seemed nervous, sure he was but it wasn't about what she thought. "I'm... it's not that" He sighed a little, what was he nervous about aside from the fact this was really happening and he had long put it in his mind it couldn't.

Though she was wrong about why he was nervous it wasn't about people seeing them together, rather the latter that she mentioned is what was getting to him. Probably just the stress of today was all, being dragged out here and then trying to get over what Judith said. Though her outfit current;y was hardly helping any of this, it certainly wasn't helping with the way she was talking about wanting to relive him of his current attire for a little while.

He waited for her to get to her room once they got to the house, though he had to admit that he wasn't fond of going climbing through a window so much as to make it a habit. Really it was a rather odd request no matter how you looked at it. At the same time his thoughts did drift to what was Madaes going to tell the queen as far as where he ran off to this time... he was pretty sure he had to accompany her back to their home capital. Though on the same note he hardly cared, it wasn't like he had to do such tasks he wasn't one of the royal guard after all.

After she said come up finally he sighed a little, good thing he didn't have any wounds currently or this would be a fun task to pull off. Once he managed to get back into her room he shook his head a little. Really he was tired though it was more mentally then anything, but at the same time he had t admit he was looking forward tot this. Forget what she brought up at the end he was happy with settling for the lesser of the two.

(yay fail post!)

Judith brought herself to stand in front of Rhyldrin, she smiled warmly at him then ran her hands from his waist to his shoulders slowly. She rested her hands on his shoulders, then took hold of his coat to bring him closer to her. It seemed that the little dragon knew that it wasn't the time to bother them, he climbed down from the bed and went to a smaller bed that was meant for a dog. Judith had been given it when she was a small child, at one point they had a puppy though not for long. The little dragon snorted and curled up in the little bed. It took a lot for him to resist running to Judith or Rhyldrin. With him being an attention whore and all it was surprising that he wasn't pawing at their legs right now, cooing and purring for them to tickle and scratch him. Though he would behave for now. He wasn't stupid, he saw the way that they were acting or well at least what Judith had just done anyways.

Judith pressed her body as close as it possibly could get against his. She laughed quietly then looked up at Rhyldrin still smiling. "You know that I still love your skin?" she tilted her head to the side, some of her hair fell into her face. "I still think that it's beautiful and I love your eyes." she breathed out heavily, she knew that she was blushing. She brought one hand to the side of his face and ran her thumb gently over his cheek. "Rhyldrin..." her ears dropped a little, she kept her eyes on him not wanting to look away. "I love you." she whispered.

He laughed once listening to her as she was blushing, he might be dense but he wasn't that dense. "I know.. I love you too.. probably have for a while" He spoke with as much confidence as if he had recited these lines, he didn't. But if he was nervous in the least it wasn't showing anymore. All the times he had spent avoiding her to prevent this very conversation, he wasn't sure why he had bothered now. He had always put it aside as to what he felt towards her because he figured she was just tormenting him and things would never get this far.

He gently placed a hand under her chin to tilt her head a little as he brought his lips close to hers. "I'm glad.. that you said yes, I'll do my best to protect you." He kissed her after he was finished speaking, he did want to protect her. It seemed to be his role in life. To make sure she was happy and to ensure she was safe somewhere even if times were about to throw a mountain of troubles in their path.

Pulling away for a moment he was still looking into he eyes, she still looked so innocent like the war never affected her at all. He knew it did but her eyes told her soul's true state. "god your beautiful.. whatever you see in me, I'm glad you see it because I don't think I could ask for anything else to be honest" Sure he thought she was beautiful before or at least good looking, but it was really sinking in that he could just say such things to her now it didn't matter anymore.

"I think that we have just been avoiding this the whole time," she laughed quietly though she knew that Rhyldrin had been resisting it a lot more than herself. Judith had tried to had more control over her own emotions. She closed her eyes as his lips touched her own when he pulled away she opened her eyes and watched him. "You don't always have to protect me, I can protect myself and you know that." Judith leaned up, if she wasn't wearing her shoes then it would even be more difficult to reach him. She pressed her lips against his, she kept him close for a moment then she pulled away from the kiss.

"Beautiful?" she looked away from him for a moment, her smile grew wider and she laughed nervously. "You know... I still have no clue what you said to me the first time I realised it was you." she looked back up at Rhyldrin, Judith took one of his hands in her own. She placed it on her thigh, with her hand on of his she slid it up to her hip under her dress. "That's not fair, speaking to me in a language that you know I can't understand." she purred.

"I think I'd agree to that.. the month that I avoided seeing you, seems that was a waste of time heh" It was a little funny to him really they could have done this sooner.. but now felt right. Maybe it wouldn't be as hard with the talk of peace and everything. "I know you can protect yourself.. trust me I know." He smiled weakly at her remembering the fact she nearly killed him with the first arrow she fired let alone the 2nd one that was a miss on purpose. "I want to though... even as kids I felt like I had to or I needed to watch out for you. Is that wrong?" If it bothered her he wouldn't or at least he'd try to pull away from trying to protect her as much.

"hrm.. I guess it's not fair is it." He never planned to tell her but at the same time he never saw this happening either. He left his hand where she placed it for the moment trying to think on what he said to her. Though he did remember as he moved his other hand to her ear and gently down along her neck with a slight smirk on his face. "ussta ssin'urn 'anon" He repeated what he had said back then before he spoke again. "It means my beautiful flower." Flower might sound a little weak, but there were plenty of flowers that could do damage throughout the forest, more the just roses or a few of the eating ones. "I didn't plan to see you after I said it."

"No that isn't wrong at all," she said answering his question. Though she wasn't sure if he wanted an answer or not. "I like that you care about me so much, I like that you worry about me but don't worry too much, alright?" she smiled warmly at him. When they were young she worried a lot about Rhyldrin getting into children. She also always wanted to protect him. "I will try not to worry so much about you as well. I know that you can take care of yourself." she fell silent as he moved closer to her. Judith skin felt hot as he spoke in a foreign language, her cheeks burned and her ears perked up as she listened to him speak carefully. She took both of his hands in her own and walked to her bed with him. "No one has ever said the things that you have to me," she stopped beside her bed. Judith sat down, she still held his hands in hers as he still stood in front of her. "I have never felt this way with any other man before." she looked up at him as she spoke, her voice became a whisper.

Judith kicked off her shoes, she released his hands from her own then brought her hands to rest on his hips. Judith opened her legs and brought Rhyldrin to stand between them. "I don't think that I could ever love another man as much as I love you, Rhyldrin." she ran her hands up his shirt and caressed his skin. "My Goddess..." she mumbled softly, she was rather surprised with herself. "All I want is you, that's all that I want tonight and every day from now on."
