Ok I found this cool website that is an encyclopedia of magical things don't have everything. It's kinds funny there as one and it's like the welsh or somthing version of a will-o-wisp but then the don't even have an entry for the will-o-wisp unless it's under magical creatures instead of fairies.

Anyways after looking through it I found 2 things I would like to be either a Apsaras which is a Hindu and Budist water and cloud spirit from south east Asia.
Or a French fairy called a Drac which you can guess has to do with dragons. They look like lizard people but they can make themselves look like humans.

I like the drac one but it doesn't say much about it but that also kinda good so that I can leave more to my imagination.

Yes I like being a girl lol. So what will your young man do? Is he a student? Does he have a job? Where does he live?

My Drac will be homeless just come to earth from the fairy realm.

Should some fairies have already been on earth hiding or they all left earth a long time ago?

What should be going on in the rp? Are the fairies just settling on Earth or was we going to try to fix the problem so fairies can go back home?

i was thinking maybe we'd wing it if the problem is fixed like maybe the characters like the world this way so they decide it better to not disrupt it :)

but yeah he'd be a college student with a low end part time job xD so this event more or less destroys his life style lawl

i like the idea that a few might have lived there in the past : o

maybe my guy can be a nerd (was planning on it) and be into myth studies or something thatd blow his mind x'D

not sure his use maybe when the worlds are merging or distorting one the real one he gains some form of power to be useful

I was thinking that my character could be in her human form. Your guys knows she is a fairy of some sorts but he doesn't know what she is until their first battle or something when she turns into her fairy form. Though there will be lots of other creatures running around.
