today there shall be hoop skirt construction...in theory. Did my math and for Lotte's hoops they need to be 80.5 inches across O.O

It was fun, outside of some drama with one of the people in my room...which made it really drama with two people in the room. I just said screw it and ditched 'em, I don't like con-drama
