Kitty; Ah, my dad is really into NASCAR so I know a little bit about it. I never got the appeal personally, but my dad said that I would have to go to a race to understand.

Racing around in a circle seems... lack luster. Cross country is far better. Real roads, real competition. Although I don't follow racing I still prefer that to regular track.

I have never been to a NASCAR race in person but I want to. My mom has been to two different races though.

I've been to Talladega, set the second row from the track, it sucked.

The heat, from the track/cars, plus the normal summer heat was unbearable, then the rubber from the tires as they get shredded up pelting me, got stuck in my eyes, ears, and in my nose. I'd sneeze out rubber for days.

Well, my dad enjoys the races, but after that he tries to get tickets in the very last row, so he can see all of the track.

I would love to go to the Daytona 500 or Bristol. My mom says that the road coarse races in NASCAR are boring to watch when you are at the track because you can't see very much.

I've seen a live horse race, but never a live Nascar race.
I think close up, horse races are far more exciting
