Ah, long story short?

I hadn't eaten in 4 days, I'm on dirty lady time, and I has cramps.

Hunger Pangs + Cramps + being worried = major hurts.

Go eat something you Crazy lady.
It will help with cramps...so you can take medicine to make them go away. Also try a heat pad, Take a rag, put hot water on it, put it on the hurt.
I can't help with the worry part. Why are you worried?

You see, I'm in a ... not BAD situation, but a tough one.
And we don't have a car, thus, no transportation.
