If you really want a baby you could adopt! I mean- until you can get a kid of your own you could even do foster care. Which then again would put your attempts on hold.
If you want to maybe feel closer to having a child you couldn't volunteer at a nursery or something. ^ ^
Or once a week go read to small kids at a library. It'll satisfy the envy until you've got your own! : 3

Pocket, Most people work and have children. Its a big thing in everyone's life, and if you really want one you're gonna have to figure out how to balance everything out. Between work, sleep, and a kid... it would be hard.
If you don't have time for any of Muse's suggestions maybe that's why its not your time yet?
Things happen for a reason, and in there own time.
You'll have a baby eventually, but until then you shouldn't envy others for it. There are plenty of people that don't want kids and have them anyways. Babies are a real hand full and not just cute bundles of joy. If you know someone with a baby, or a small child maybe ask if you can babysit to give them some time away from it all. Everyone needs a break now and then. Maybe you could go into a profession that does a lot with kids?
a Daycare center or a teacher or a doctor?
Then there would be lots of kids, even if they were not your own.
