I am guessing.. the fact that it is touch screen and until recently to take a picture you had to press the screen, not one of the buttons.

That's exactly it, actually. XD

And yeah, it's driving me crazy when I take pictures, cause it'd be easier to get a clear picture if I could press a button not touch the screen...

Well the iPhone is all touch screen, so until we get the update this fall, we have to tap the screen.
