Mostly. Although, I am not sure if the one talking, calling the other character Miss is any character that has appeared in the event. I would think he is, but I ain't sure.

there's only one speaker so there's not a lot that can be done for hints. :<

There are no user names in the Character blanks. only NPCs.
but the fact that you're asking this question makes me think you're going in the right direction. ;D
