On a semi-related note, Lucid can also write beautifully medeocre haiku for Batty.

Little lace, leather,
black, orange, purple, green, is
clad Batty my love.

We run through the house
abandoned with ghosts. She holds
me close for comfort.

A noise behind. EEK!
I almost disappear. But
Batty rescues me.

We dance that night. Our
masked faces met together
at the haunted ball.

I've spent the last half hour trying to write a poem. |D I'm not even sure HOW to write one but now I'm afraid to post it cuz Lucid's pwns mine.

[Lucid:]

Taiki, I'm sure yours will be beautiful. Mine's not all that great. I hastily threw mine together after realizing that the deadline was soon approaching. the only form of poetry I can pull off well is haiku because I can figure my syllables well enough. I felt super bad doing only one haiku after all those awesome stories so I just slapped a few together. XD

[Taiki]

A dark winters night.
Taiki and Batty go out for a bite.
They feel a chill in the air.
Something lurks behind this pair.
Sounds from the bushes they do hear.
Taiki takes Batty's hand, starting to fear.
Batty gives her a reassuring squeeze.
But suddenly there's a terrifying wheeze.
Both girls freeze on the spot.
Afraid to move in case they'd be caught.
They might be followed by a creeper.
Or maybe it's just Lucid being a peeper.
Just then, out walks a black cat.
Relieved, Batty gives Taiki's shoulder a pat.
"Nothing to be afraid of Taiki!"
"Yes, better than what I thought it might be!"
The duo goes on their merry way.
To spend quality time together til the break of day. ;3
