Wetting hair and sitting in front of a fan wouldn't make you sick.

It's a myth that illness has anything to do with the weather or the environment.

The only way you can get sick is if you have contact with the germs that make you sick.

Frost bite. It'd actually freeze the water in the skin and cause the cells to die.
