Job update: They didn't call me so I had to pester them, it seems like I have been the only interview so far. The interviewers boss apparently wants to be involved in the hiring but he hasn't made himself available to do so, thus delaying the entire process.

what a punk boss though. if you want to do something, you should be making the time to do it. otherwise, you shouldn't be delaying important hirings. >:C

Heh, apparently it was his idea to open up the position I was interviewing for anyways. I find it annoying but at least I was told the situation (after some pestering) and at least know where I stand.

That's what I'm guessing XD I suppose there might be more applicants that the big boss is making wait for interviews, thereby delaying everything. I dunno for sure.

Maybe since I don't have any experience, but it sounds like that's not totally necessary, it being a hotel not on the main road here. The interviewer was nice, the boss guy doesn't seem to be XP
