well, the game shipped to my house and I was SO SUPER EXCITED. I started it planning on trading with a friend to get all the starters. but then we kinda had a falling out. I had another friend that I'd been playing a lot of HGSS with, so I just went back to breeding/training battle teams so I could play with him. after I moved to my new apartment and I wasn't seeing him all the time, I started playing black again. but I got distracted by shiny things like drawing and Trisphee. now I'm playing through LeafGreen again, but Nuzlocke-style this time, and I'm drawing a comic to go with it.
I'll beat Black eventually.

:( you guys are lucky i've lost my black version and can't find it OTL and it's driving me insane i have all the shiny's of every pokemon in SS [yes it took a hell'uva lot of time to do that] and beaten it a few times but i cant find my black version any where T^T

the only shiny that I found in the wild is graveler. it knew explosion so I panicked and threw a master ball at it.
I don't like the geodude family though so he rots in my box. x.x;;
I have event shinies like the three gerbils and a few red gyarados, but they don't really count.

:( OTL this black version missing thing is driving me nuts @.@ in my worst case scenarios it's either gone through the wash by now or i think my friend might have taken it or i left it somewhere in public and someone took it T^T i just hope its not the two latter after the first cause in both cases i then know it's completely gone T^T and one of wich i'll be upset with cause that means my friend would have stolen it from me T^T...

As for the chaining this it all depends on how you go about doing it is all i was extremely horrible too till i got the hang of chaining @.@

Lol well if you think chaining is a pain in the butt try specific EV training xD that's truely up there in the pain in the butt catigory

I forgot to post with my pokemon the last three times. XDDDD whoops.

I've EV trained once. it was a pain. now I usually just shove vitamins down my pokemons' throats and call it good. it's much less time consuming. it might not make them as strong as the people who actually EV train, but it's better than doing nothing.

Lol true in some cases but in others it's well worth taking the time to EV train a pokemon especially when it kiss every pokemon's @$$ in the game to the point that you dont need to carry any other pokemon in your party but that one pokemon xD

in-game, I could probably already do that with my Porygon-Z. the only pokemon it might possibly ever have trouble with is the Magnemite family. they're the only one where all three of C++'s attacking moves are not very effective. but since there's no Magnezones in-game, I'm pretty set. Besides, a STAB Tri Attack boosted with Nasy Plot and Adaptability and a silk scarf is pretty deadly no matter who it's aimed at. :D I love Porygon-Z so much.
