lol I had no idea there were so many differnt kinds! I'm not really into heavy metal so I wouldn't know. I like some light metal but I'm not into the really heavy stuff.

You'd be surprised to hear then that Heavy Metal orriginated out of Jazz and Jimmy Hendrix.

Theres Rock, Hard Rock, Metal, Heavy Metal, Thrash Metal, Speed Metal, Nu Metal, Rap Metal, Death Metal, Norwegian Satanic Black Metal, Tech-Metal, Norwegian Black Metal (non-satanic), Religious Metal, "Emo Metal" (fucking horse shit that is), and even the sub-Genres that include Medieval Metal, Fantasy Metal, Viking Metal, Ethnic-Pagan Metal, Hip Hop Metal, Grindcore Metal, and, of coarse, GWAR and Shock-Metal.

Then you have the resulting off shoots and their cousins, which include Grunge, Punk Rock, Hip Hop, and even Rap share a common ancestor to Metal back in the early time.

@.@ and I thought that techno was bad for having subcategories. I think Norwegian Satanic Black Metal might be my favorite title but I am afraid to listen to it.

I don't know if I will be able to buy any around that time. Pretty soon I wont be able to be as active as I am since I can't depend on my schools computer labs any more. u-u one of the many joys of being a starving artist.
