Ice cream is too sweet.

I like a bit of sour/tart flavor to cut sweetness.

So I generally like fruity things, like sherbet.

Even coffee, which is generally considered to be a bitter flavor, it super sweet in ice cream form.

ooo xD Thats understandable. I don't like that much sweet either, which is ironic because my mothers side and fathers side both LOVE sweetness... and I can't stand that much sweet foods because my throat starts to hurt haha. I only like chocolate ice cream though

It's candied bacon. Actually quite tasty. It's in a custard base thus the eggs.
