Serus sighed as she was left along for a few moments. When Seth returned, she sat up, resting her head on her knees, allowing her hair to cover her face up. "I'm not leaving," she said sternly. "I am going to fix this mess." She straightened up, looking at him, completely serious. "I can't do that as a human though Seth..."

Jaelynn stood quickly, "I have to go. I'm sorry, but.." She was about to teleport when Kitra grabbed her arm, being dragged with her. She appeared in the room with Seth and Serus, quickly throwing Kitra off. She had been monitoring Serus's thoughts and had to make sure Seth did not change her. "I can't allow that Serus.."

Kitra fell backwards but quickly stood up. She narrowed her eyes a bit, then gasped as she saw the woman, "No. Fucking. Way." She eyed her carefully, seeing the resemblances, "Oh my Jae, you're right. It's not just coincidence..."

[Bovice]

"What the fuck are you doing here you council piece of shit?!" Seth yelled as he grabbed her by the throat. "Jaelynn you brought her here with you what the fuck." Seth said still strangling the council woman. "It should be Serus' choice if she wants to be changed or not." Seth said not letting up on the woman's throat.

Kitra quickly slapped his arms away, doing a spinning kick and pinning him to the ground, "Relax, boy. I was removed about 5 years ago." She lifted him up a bit and slamming him into the floor a bit, "Now behave." She let him go, standing up and holding her hand out to help him up, "I won't report this either. I was never really a fan of Serus, but she had a way of keeping things in check...even if she did do it behind our backs." She shot the woman a glare.

Jaelynn stepped to the side to avoid Seth, since she was standing fairly close to Kitra. "I know Seth, and I would love for her to rejoin us, but we can't, not until all this crap is sorted out." She sighed, slapping Kitra upside the head a bit, "You break my floor, I break your face."

Serus was surprised to see Kitra, and to hear she was removed. "Why would they do that? You were on your way to taking Head chair. What happened?" She threw her legs over the bed, letting her bare feet touch the dark red carpet.

[Bovice]

Seth grabbed the woman's hand and stood up. He felt Annemarie trying to read his mind he stopped her but felt her still doing it. "Stop Annemarie." He said out loud but to himself. "Annemarie Serus Augustin stop trying to read my mind." Seth said sternly.
"But daddy something's wrong, I can tell." She said with a worried look on her face.
"I'm fine now stop trying to read my mind." Seth said as he looked at Serus.
"Ok daddy." She said with a pout.

Seth heard Serus talk about the Head Chair. He felt Annemarie try to read his mind again. "Damn it!" He said as he teleported to Annemarie. "Stop it hunbun ok daddy's in an important meeting and you can't be doing that all of the time." Seth said as he teleported back to Serus' room.

Kitra frowned, "To tell you the truth, I don't really know myself. I was heading to the meeting, and the guards barred my way and wouldn't let me continue. Then that ass Jordan told me that only council members wer allowed to this particular meeting. I just walked away, no sense in arguing with him about it."

Jaelynn had become annoyed with Annemarie now. She put a strong block around all their minds, forcing Annemarie out of Seth's mind completely, disabling her telepathic link with him. "Now she should leave us alone." she said to Seth.

Serus frowned, "Sounds like him." She leaned back on her hands, looking upward so her hair would move away from her face, "So, if I know him as well as I think I do, I'm guessing he 'erased' me from history? Well that's just plain old mean."

She stood up, crossing her arms over her chest, staring down both Jaelynn and Kitra, "Now, I don't care what you, or anyone else says, I'm not going to let this slid by. I will rejoin my Coven and bring order to our world. Now, if anyone of you wants to stop me, bring it on."

Kitra could not help but burst out laughing, "You could not possibly hope to stop two vampires? My dear, listen to me, it's just best if you let us handle things. Jaelynn is very capable."

Serus's mouth dropped, insulted, "Excuse me!? You know darn well I could easily drop your ass." Not! She had no hope of even lasting 2 seconds. But still, she couldn't help but talk like that.

[Bovice]

"Thank you Jaelynn." Seth said as he looked a Jaelynn. Seth stepped next to Serus. "Ill stay here with her to protect her." Seth said worried what Serus would do to him, even though when Jaelynn and this woman leave Seth would turn Serus. "I'm sorry Serus but I agree with them." Seth said looking to Serus and gave her a wink.

Serus gasped, flabbergasted, "Excuse me Seth? You can't possibly--" She placed her hands on her hips glaring up at him, "Of all the vampires I know, you're the last one I expect to be against me. Everywhere I turn I see resistance. First my daughter, and now you?" She pursed her lips, then crossed her arms again. "I don't see the problem here. I'm not a novice at being a vampire, I can hide myself from the council. Jaelynn please, you have to turn me."

Jaelynn frowned, "Seth.." she said as a warning, knowing what his intentions are. "Serus please calm down. I will turn you, as soon as this mess is cleared up. We're making real progress here. If we could get enough Covens to stand behind us, we can disband the Council and re-elect a ethically sound one. Not to mention, Kitra and I would nominate you for Head Chairman. Just give us some time."

Serus shut her eyes, shaking her head, "But I can help you Jaelynn. What happened to breaking the rules for my well being? I'm obviously in great danger being a human. What if someone else figures out who I am, now that I've recovered my memories? I was not without other enemies when I died."

[Bovice]

"I..." Seth started to say but stopped. He put his hands behind his back. He cut his left hand and stepped in front of Serus and gave her a wink. He put his cut hand up to her mouth and went for her neck, he bit into her as he felt her tense up. "I'm sorry Jaelynn." Seth said as he was drinking Serus' blood. He felt Serus' heart slow down to almost a halt. He stopped and caught her so she didn't fall to the ground.

Serus kept her mouth shut. She did want to be a vampire, but if she drank Seth's blood, she would have almost none of her original powers. She quickly felt herself weaken, her mouth becoming slightly slacked. She felt his blood run down her throat.

"Seth! Do-" It was too late, he already bit her. "Dammit!" If Serus was going to be a vampire, she'd be an Antinori again, not an Augustin. She would not be pleased without her psychic powers, as that was what she was used to.

She bit her lip then lunged forward, pulling Seth away from Serus, "Hold him dammit." She demanded of Kitra. When Seth was secured, she quickly bit down on her palm, splitting it open. She popped Serus's mouth open and let the blood drop. She knew some of Seth's made it through, and had no idea how this would affect Serus. The two different blood types might end up killing her...but she had to try.

Seth didn't try and move when he got held down by Kitra. He knew Jaelynn was going to be mad at him for starting to turn her. He didn't care. He sat there waiting for Jaelynn to give Kitra the ok to let him up. "Annemarie!" He felt her being scared but angry at the same time. He gathered up the powers to teleport to her.

"Daddy!" She said as she killed a vampire that was attacking her. "Felix behind you!" She said as she threw one of her knives into the chest of the vampire behind Felix.
"Thank you miss!" Felix yelled as he was in a battle of wills with another vampire.
"Your welcome!" She said as she dodged another vampire that came at her.

Seth teleported to Annemarie, he saw that Felix needed assistance. He grabbed a sword off of the wall and stuck it through the vampires chest but not enough to send it through Felix's chest as well. "Hunbun duck!" Seth yelled as he threw a knife through the vampires heart. "Are you all right?" Seth asked really scared.
"I'm fine now that your here daddy." She said as she ran up to him.
"Felix how are you?" Seth asked as he hugged Annemarie.
"What the fuck was that sir?" Felix asked flabbergasted.

"New York vampires, they want Annemarie to experiment on her to see what powers she has." Seth said as he picked up Annemarie.
"Why do they wanna do that sir?" Felix asked taking a seat.
"To tell you the truth I'm not really sure." Seth said as he hugged Annemarie again. "Its a good thing you got small knife skills from your mother." Seth said looking at Annemarie.
"Thank you daddy." She said with a smile.
"If you hear anything Felix contact me at once." Seth said as he put Annemarie down. "I have to go back to my meeting and tell them whats going on." Seth said as he teleported back to Serus' room.

Kitra put her arms down as Seth disappeared, "Well then..anyway, Jaelynn..that was not a good idea." She sighed, kneeling down next to Serus, putting the back of her hand to the girl's forehead, "You know this could kill her, don't you? She's already burning up. You keep her hidden while she's unconscious, I will keep the council off your back...or try to at least." And with that, she was gone.

Jaelynn sighed, not answering Kitra. When she was gone, she gently placed Serus back on her bed. "And perhaps it's for the better if she does..." she muttered to herself. She sat in a chair, putting her head in her hands as Seth had reappeared, "This is just one huge fucking mess."

[Bovice]

"I know what you mean." Seth said with a huge sigh. "Fucking New York vampires came for Annemarie again." Seth said as he sat in the other chair in the room. "I thought that if we'd come back that they wouldn't come for her." Seth said as he rubbed his temples. "Jaelynn I'm sorry, I don't know what I was thinking. I... I..." Seth started to say but didn't want to. "Just a big fucking mess." Seth said as he put his hands in his hands.

She stood abruptly, "You have have vampires chasing you? Get out. Get off my property and go to Washington now. I don't want any more vampires coming this way. Get!" She shooed him away, quickly opening the secret room's door and carrying Serus to the bed inside.

Serus groaned slightly as she was moved. She felt like she just got ran over by a stream roller, followed by a semi-truck. She writhed a bit on the bed as the change began to take effect. Even though she's been through it before, it was still incredibly hard to be prepared for. Soon the pain became so intense, her screams echoed through the 3rd floor corridors.

Jaelynn quickly covered her mouth, using her power to mute Serus. "You better hope this kills you..or else the Council will take care of it." She removed her hands from Serus's mouth, checking to see if Seth had left or was going to be stubborn about it.

[Bovice]

Seth did as he was told and teleported to his house. "Felix, Annemarie I'm home but I'm going to take a nap." Seth said as he laid down on his bed.
"Ok sir." Felix said still reading a book.
"Ok daddy." She said as she pulled her knife out of one of the dead vampires.
"I feel like shit doing that to Serus and Jaelynn." He thought to himself as he closed his eye's.

Jaelynn tried to keep Serus comfortable through the process. It was difficult to do, but she managed to make it a bit better for her. After a few hours, Serus seemed okay, so she stopped. "So far so good I guess..."

Suddenly, Serus woke up, quickly curling up, her back facing Jaelynn. It was hard for her to not groan in pain every now and then. Her body just ached now, causing tremors to travel through her body. "Where's...Seth?"

Jaelynn frowned, "I had to send him away. He's got vampires from New York after him. I have a feeling, the Council's hunters aren't too far behind them. He can't come back here until they leave him alone. I'm sorry."

She shook a bit, then was still, "Did he say why?" She rolled over and sat up, watching Jaelynn's expressions, "Now you can't hide from me." She smiled a bit, "I think Seth should stay here, if he's got vampires after him. I did place a cloaking spell around my house about 300 years ago. He'll be mostly hidden."

Jaelynn shook her head, "Absolutely not. He's to stay away until he can take care of it."

"But..I want him here." She said quietly, looking down at the bed sheets; resting her chin on her knees.

[Bovice]

Seth awoke to Annemarie standing in front of him. "What's up hunbun." Seth said tiredly.
"You've been sleeping all day and I'm hungry." She said rocking back and fourth on her heels.
"Ok we'll go and get you something to eat." Seth said as he sat up.
"I want a burger." She said as she took a step back to allow Seth to get up.
"Ok I'll get you a burger." Seth said as he stood up.

"Yay daddy." She said as she jumped up.
"Woah." Seth said as he caught her. "You almost caught me off guard hunbun." Seth said as he walked downstairs to tell Felix that they were leaving. "Felix I'm going to get her some food." Seth said with a wave.
"Ok sir." Felix said not lifting his eyes from his book.

Seth teleported back home. "Annemarie I got some business to take care of, so I'll be back in a few hours ok?" Seth asked Annemarie.
"Daddy does this business have anything to do with those vampires from New York." She asked concerned.
"Yes they do but I'm going to get them off of our backs." Seth said as he grabbed his katana and tied a small knife around his ankle.
"Daddy I want you to be careful." She said grabbing his hand.
"I'll be careful ok hunbun." Seth said as he gathered up his power to teleport to New York.
"Be sure you are." She said as she stepped back to let him teleport.
Seth teleported to the coven that has been attacking him.
