There's different ways to name a guy with Ash. I couldn't remember if his mother called him Ashley once? And he hated it and wanted to be shortened as Ash? Somebody re-cap this? D:

There was an episode where the CotD (Character of the Day) was having trouble asking a girl out. What do they do? Crossdress Ash and call him Ashley of course. XD
Edit: Actually, that was the second time. ^^;; The first was when they tried to sneak him into the Celadon city gym.

It's used by males and females.

Yeah, we know that. xD We were just trying to figure out which episodes in Pokemon that Ash was actually called Ashley and he didn't like it.
