His hair His outfit Only wears on glove, on the right hand. Left hand has the ring, and his right ear has the dragon cuff, you don't have to draw it exact, have fun with it design something you can draw easily. He has sharply pointed ears, they droop down a little, also has fin like wings from his back.

Chibi/Regular : I like your chibi, but do which ever you feel up to.
Head/Waist/Knee-Up : Surprise me.
Additional Info : He's very head strong and confident, so a smirk would be lovely. I mainly want his chest exposed, so I can design his tattoo directly onto him. Also show his left hand with his ring, please <3 Water or something around, he is a water spirit, so he has control over water.
