Well, Carob is vegan chocolate..I think. I used to work at a health food store and they had these little candies called sunshine chips. They were just like m&m's only they were made with carob. It's just like chocolate really.

I don't think they were carob, in fact I'm sure they weren't.

I'm not sure exactly what they substituted the milk with...

These items are not simple to make, and whether you like them or not, the fact that you post in a public Forum that they are "Ick" "Dont Look Well Shaded" and publically shoot down someone elses work on these items is "Knocking down on someone". There are constructive critisisms, and then there are public indignant remarks towards someone else, and those replies fall under the latter.

This site has artists who work their asses off to make these items and a little respect for them, ragardless of whether you would use them or not, would be appreciated by them. What you said has personally iritated me, so I can only imagine what the artists would feel about them, and why no one else, that I have seen, have called you out on this is beyond me.

No offence, but have you even taken the time to consider the amount of time that went into making these items? Concidering the concepts, the work to make them, and the man time needed to put these pieces up In a only 7 days (8 counting today) and the ones that havent even been finished yet. Already, they have completed 17 items with 69 individual pieces already, not including the many different variations in almost every one, and they still arent finished.

I'm sorry if this may be a lil bit offencive or what not, but if you didn't mean to "Knock anyone" then you should have left it alone or left it at "Well, the Kitsune is my favorite".

Theres is an unwritten rule about civility in common culture, and in such times, it is best to leave critisization out of a comment if your intent is to be "nice".
You didn't keep it pm? Then here is my response, here.

I appreciate the fact that you are very quick to defend the artists and mull over those who dare have an opinion that may, even if in the slightest, reflect a negative attitude towards something they have spent time to create, but I do not appreciate this connotation at which you are accosting me. What I have stated is merely an opinion on the items because, yes, I do not at all care for the shading. But, if you were wise, you would have looked and all about Trisphee I have praised the conceptuality and innovation of these items. Many times have I spoken of their ingenuity in design and creation, and the only negative comment I have given is the shading, which, as I said with my own opinion, does not look well done to me.
You ask why no one else has said anything? Because they have respected the fact that I do indeed share an opinion that differs from the main populice of Trisphee. That such comments will happen and they are indeed constructive. If you prefer, I could have completely picked apart WHY I dislike the shading and how it doesn't impress me, BUT that itself would be considered insult since such a thing disallows for praise.

So, Cronislee, I appreciate your intent to insult me to protect the artists, but there will never be a time when every single person in the world will love some one thing. The fact that someone did tell me why something I thought was wrong completly astounds me. Who dares have the right to tell me what I think is wrong? If you had an opinion, dear sir, I would have infact taken it as such and respected it.
Your adoration is admirable, but your execution is lacking. I never saud I hated the items. I simply stated I didn't care for their shading.

These artists aren't fools and children who can't take criticism. They're strong, mature adults who know how to stand on their own two feet.
AHHA, I didn't even know you made a public spectacle of this.

I will not apologize for believing something different, believing what I see through the perception of my own reality.
And I'm simply appalled and dismayed that I was told that I am wrong to think and believe what I do.

This is all I am going to say. And we've never even met.
Hn.
Good day, sir. It's a beautiful one for sure.

~snugs blaine~ Do you have MSN or AIM?

And it's called "Men's Pocky" I do believe (don't quote me on this) because -please correct me if I'm wrong- in Japan it's not extremely manly to have a fondness of sweets and such. So... y'know, Dark chocolate is somewhat bitter. Hence why' "men's".

Again, correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes, that is the reason. xD
It's actually considered a 'girly' thing to enjoy sweets.

Its a Trap!
For the record, I am not a mature adult. I'm actually more a child and I take criticism horribly. I just chose to let the matter die for fear of being called a 'fool' and a 'child'.

I can't stand dark chocolate. I prefer white chocolate, actually.
