I wouldn't know personally.... since i've never been preggo, but my cousins tell me its wonderful!

the hair growth.... all of my cousins hair grow super slow and then when they were preggo it grew like 6 inches.

I can't remember exactly.... but they had shortish hair at the beginning then it was pretty long by the end of the 3 trimesters.
