I told her that I did a number 2 five times today...and it was all bloody..T_T

No they don't count. Even when your lactose intolerant. You should try eating raspberries, and apples peas and lentils. I am not sure if you eat a lot of junk food but cutting some of that out helps too. I just recently changed a lot of things in my diet but I am not as source worthy as your mom if shes a nurse. XD most of my info comes from the wiki.

Wait I think yogurt helps. Only because it has strange enzymes in it.

my uncle had the problem keiko had... it ebded up being he was diabetic and didn't know it so he had to get insulen and change his diet

My son's godparents are dead, they died earlier this morning thanks to injuries sustained through the tsunami a few days ago
One of the people I work with are safe, are safe, they lived just 3 miles from where the tsunami hit, though I worry for him.
